Cons:

Unfortunately they wouldn't want to transfer our deposit back, because they had to clean our room after we stayed and paid for 12 nights, eventhough their profile stated that they would clean their unit after every stay.
Pans and pots were not usable, we didn't get the codes for the entertainment pack for the TV. Also did we have a very poor communication with the owner, he wasn't able to answer our questions regarding to throw away our trash, provide us with the correct wifi and entertainment pack etc. Also the seize of the apartment listed is not correct, since one room is closed.

We choose this apartment for the reviews it had, for the size that was listed and what their advertised in their profile. Unfortunately nothing matched the description.

Overall a lovely stay. We had the chance to relax and watch a beautiful TV series on Netflix.
Pros:

Cozy. Netflix and other network included. Good communication from Lawrence. Clean and well maintained. Building staff always ready to help. A lovely stay overall.

Cons:

Lifts did not work due to scheduled maintenance. Had to walk down the stairs from the 20th floor. It was good exercise though. Lucky, we took the stairs going down. The lifts were fixed and working when we came back in the evening.

Pros:

It's a very lovely place, very clean, it's well organised, they have their own maintenence crew if anything stops working and quickly fixes any problems...communication is exceptional, the view is scenic from the balcony, air-con is a big plus too keeping you very cool...we enjoyed our stay and also extended our stay too. Very pleased and I would return here in the future. Thank you so much. :-))

Cons:

I lost my bracelet which was a birthday gift, I think I lost it in the carpark underground, and very disappointed no one handed it in... But that is not the fault of the premises.
