Worst choice for a stay in Okinawa. Zero customer service
Pros:

Nothing to like about this hotel.

Cons:

The AC was leaking in the room I was assigned, then I was asked if they can cancel and refund forcing me to make last minute arrangements.
Then they assign me 2 single rooms for 2 days and forced me to move to a new similar category room on 3rd day.
It meant moving heavy luggage 3 times with no assistance or support from the Hotel. I asked them if they can help me book a taxi which they couldn't help with as well.
For rental car assistance or parking assistance they has no answers.

Pros:

大浴場とまではいかないものの浴場があるのは助かります、また浴場とは個別にシャワーもあり、その他鍵付きのロッカーやランドリー、ルームウェアなどもあるため価格の割に設備はしっかりしていた印象です。

Cons:

立地的に繁華街や駅などからは少し離れている点、国際通りや周辺まで全然歩いて行ける距離ではありますが。また松山という夜の街エリアにあるため、夜はあまり周囲の雰囲気が良くない点、治安面での不安は全く感じませんでしたが。

Pros:

スタッフが丁寧でよかった。
清潔感がある。

Cons:

カプセルホテルだから仕方ないかもですが、男女混合フロア
3階で1畳にせんべい布団。
しかも3階にはトイレがない。安くても
もう泊まりたくない。ロッカーは、Sサイズの
スーツケースしかはいらない。
