Einzig positiv: Das Personal hat unsere Not sofort erkannt und war extrem freundlich und mitfühlend. Ihnen stand das eigene Unbehagen über die Massen ins Gesicht geschrieben – sie haben uns persönlich mit dem Personalaufzug begleitet, damit wir überhaupt rauskommen. Das war die einzige Rettung in diesem Chaos.

„0 von 10 – Komplette Katastrophe, nie wieder!
Gebucht als 5-Sterne-Luxus für den Geburtstag meiner Frau – stattdessen ein gigantisches Massenabfertigungs-Lager voller indischer Reisegruppen (90–95 % der Gäste), die das gesamte Hotel überrollen.
Das Allerschlimmste: Aufzüge TOT! Permanent „Lift voll“, halten oft nicht, oder so überfüllt, dass Reingehen unmöglich ist. Gestern Abend 25 Minuten Warten im 26. Stock – wir und andere Europäer waren regelrecht eingesperrt! Erst mit Personalaufzug-Begleitung kamen wir raus. In einem Hochhaus ein absoluter Skandal!
Swimmingpool komplett unbenutzbar – gaffende Inder überall, kein ruhiger Moment möglich, nur Chaos und Starren.
Und über das Frühstücksbuffet möchte ich erst gar nicht sagen…
Dazu Dauerlärm, Hektik, Gäste in Jogginghosen & Flipflops, meine Frau massiv aufdringlich angestarrt – null Luxus, null Entspannung, nur Stress und Unwohlsein.
Finger weg von diesem Hotel – meidet es wie die Pest, wenn ihr Erholung sucht!“

The cleaner at B.23 is lovely. Works hard. Always smiles

The rest of the staff are also nice

Breakfast if you could give it up and get it at a better price
I personally gave up breakfast most days

One elevator is broken and all the others are full

Unclean room
The air conditioner - requires filter cleaning and does not cool well enough
Dirty walls
Carpet in the shower - can be replaced

You can hear everything from neighboring rooms and there is no insulatioמ

I asked for a late check-out and even I was willing to pay - they did not agree even though they let me stay until 2:30 PM. The mistake is mine that I did not ask for / update in advance.

Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Als "Stammkunde" kann ich sagen:
Staff ist toll, super freundlich (besonders beim Frühstück und an der Bar beim Pool) und zuvorkommend!
Das Zimmer von der Größe optimal, sauber und wurde jeden Tag serviciert. Betten super bequem!!!
Lage im Norden, angenehm ruhig, mit Baht-Taxi ist man schnell im Zentrum.

Cons:

Pool muss 1 bis 2 Grad wärmer sein bitte!!!!!
Wände sind sehr dünn!
Und natürlich kommen immer wieder Busse mit Massen an Menschen (Firmenausflüge), die bei den Fahrstühlen alles blockieren, man wartet zum Teil 15 Minuten bis man fahren kann.
