Housekeeping needs improvement
Pros:

Location, breakfast, fun things to do, room size and storage

Cons:

Fan not working on Day 1, housekeeping did not provide complete daily toiletries like lotion and tissue paper and toilet paper - had to request. housekeeping doing rounds were loud and chatty making it hard to rest or do work. Air conditioning could be too cold or too warm...

Front counter Admin customer service not allow early check in (12pm), instead asking 2pm. But that time we arrive the time 2pm sharply, she asking us wait for it. That time I realised there have ready room but the malay young staff with tudong look like giving to another guest who talk to her softly, this is NOT FAIR as the staff cannot be favouritsm. At last we argue with them then get check in the room finally. May I ask ur service improvement possible this way? Too sad and so rigid the staff treat the guest.

Some hits and misses during the stay.
Pros:

Location was great to malls and university; breakfast was decent.

Cons:

1. Housekeeping was not thorough (extended my stay for 6 nights) - amenities and toiletries were not replenished and I had to call for these items, rubbish bin was not emptied on one of the days, fan was not working on the first night and could only be repaired the following morning.
2. Housekeeping doing their rounds could be more considerate of guests who are resting or working in the room from 9am - 1pm. Staff were heard chattering away loudly.
3. Water pressure was a bit weak on 21st floor.

Sunway Gem Stay
Pros:

The location is amazing, the room is quite large and spotless. It was extremely comfortable we had the best sleep here. It is very quite and cozy. The breakfast venue and variety was good. The facilities like the infinity pool on 15th floor was also amazing. All in all, it is a gem in Sunway.

Cons:

Nothing. Just note that the hotel is actually for seniors. You need to pay attention when booking to not book the seniors residence.

Cons:

The housekeeping staff is too calculative on amenities which are not hospitable and not accommodating to hotel guests who always chooses Sunway Sanctuary as their top pick for stay went going for hospital visits

The place is good only because it's near to a medical centre
Pros:

Location near to Sunway Medical Centre

Cons:

First, we did not notice there is a requirement that one of us need to be at least 55 years old. This requirement ought to be made clear in the first place.

We requested for a room change because we could hear switch flicking early in the morning understandibly because we share the same row of rooms and corridor with elderlies for this is after all an elderly sanctuary. Flicking of switches is common for those suffering from dementia. Our request was turn down. All we wanted was a quiet room to rest after spending a whole day at the hospital. Our stay was for 3 nights.
