Pelayanan yg luar biasa ramah, awal saya pesan kamar yg executive tetapi di upgrade ke tipe suite tanpa ada biaya tambahan apapun, ke medical centre cuma jalan kaki 5 mebit, lobby hotellgsg terhubung dgn lobby rumah sakit, ini rekomeded banget sih, pengalaman terbaik menginap disini

If the restaurant could have more workers to clean the tables.. as we hardly get table because it was not clean on time. Thats the only not a good experience

Good stay but the hotel guests are mixed with the elderly residents at breakfast.

Cons:

Hotel cannot issue tax invoice to the guest when aid through Booking.com. Contacted hotel through Booking.com customer services never got responded back from the hotel.

Pros:

I didn’t realise it was essentially an old folks home but that made for some friendly encounters.

Cons:

Having to pay cash for washing. A deposit should be taken on arrival first such matters. It was inconvenient.

Asked when we arrived if we knew it was attached to a hospital, wondered if we should not be staying there.
Confused as to why you have it on booking.com if just for people using the hospital
