Very comfortable, centrally located and value for money.
Pros:

My first visit to ORION HOTEL. All concerned Staff members at the Reception (Gurudutt, Preetam and Deepak), at the Restaurant (Atmaram and Tajuddin), all Room service Staff members & all House keeping staff members were excellent, truly amazing and were very prompt and professional in their duties and responsibilities. The location of the Hotel is considered prime, as it is in the centre between Mapusa & Panjim. Regarding the Breakfast, I would strongly suggest to have non-veg items too, to cater to both Vegetarian and Non- Vegetarian guests, like non-veg items served for Lunch & Dinner. Overall, a truly very satisfying experience. All the very best to ORION HOTEL moving forward.

Pros:

The staff were brilliant, warm and caring! Great central spot to get to numerous places in Goa esp with the highways.

Building of the highway outside makes the location extra dusty and polluted

Good and bad (see my report above)
Pros:

The location of this hotel was fantastic because it all necessary requirements when needed.

Cons:

The toilet was rubbish. It was filthy with black mole underneath and in the the centre. It was disgusting. It needs to be changed with modern toilet. I had to buy bleach and brushes and disinfectant to clean it myself. These are basic necessity when someone is travelling. If this no good then everything is disrupted.The door need to be changed. We were stuck from inside and had to rescued by staff to open the door by pushing. It was frightening.

Pros:

The hotel location is central, which means candolim Calangute etc and Panjim is just minutes away. Also the famous mall de goa is just next to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, ideal for family and couples with a restaurant that serves delicious food and drinks. Not to forget the rooftop pool with an infinity view. Overall true value for money and a modern place.
