Cons:

I would never ever recommend any one .I booked a room for 3 days paid advance 2000 once I reached there room was durty no shop no handwash no towels.once I told reception person that I can't continue room for next 2 days he started talking unprofessionally and shouting at me and said u have to pay all 3 days full payment other wise I will not leave this hotel pay n go now.started abusing I was with my family so can't deal with such naunce people.please not book this hotel one of the worst and very bad experience .

Worst place to stay

Cons:

- Despite having the highest rated rooms in pondicherry, this is the worst place to stay.. i booked their rooms just because it had the best reviews and rating across all the booking apps.. [ total bummer ]
- the water was full of dirt and black color particles
- I had to carry all the essentials to the room myself
- THEY DIDNOT GIVE ME THE KING SIZE BED [which i booked for] and not even an extra bed to accomodate 3 pax in a room.. and they did not even refunded that amount.. They said they dont mind if i gave them a bad review.. [soo rude of them and stupid]
