Pros:

Hair allover the condo probably from cleaning lady .. Bathroom the shower sink blocked. Bad mouth owner coz she missed to tell her cleaning lady that i extended my stay. Then she wanted to blame me that i was rude. LoL. She cant think but she should value every customer she still can get for this expensive condo, and she really thinks she is cheap. Lol. As said. Very simple woman, probably farmer, no high school at least.

Cons:

No cleaning 3days. no complementary drinks or coffee. Hair allover bathroom.

Ottima la posizione, molto curata, tutto pulito, doccia calda e con un buon flusso… una piccola bomboniera molto accogliente

Near mall and intended place where I need to be.

Cons:

No supplies like soap, shampoo, hand soap, bottled water. I need to go out to buy the basic needs. It was not mentioned when I booked the unit. Last time I booked in one of the units, I receive a kit with these items.

Cons:

Got disturbed by the cleaning lady after first 2days even i extended my stay for another day.
No complimentary coffee, and water drinks even this place is a relatively expensive stay for Batangas city.

A very delightful stay at a surprisingly good deal
Pros:

The property had everything. The facilities were amazing from the air conditioning, wifi, bathroom facilities.
The bed was very comfortable and the room smelled so good. You can feel refresh just by entering the room.

The property manager was also very helpful and accommodating. She was so easy to contact when you have questions.

There is a grocery nearby and has access to the Hotel if you have to attend an event in the hotel.

It even has a stationary bike you can use to exercise!

One of my best stays.

Comfy Couch and Selfie Mirror
Pros:

The unit was nice and clean and super comfy! I loved the couch area and the mirror. Also the study desk, although it was a bit small for my needs, it did the job well and I was able to work comfortably during my stay.

Cons:

The shower area was quite small and one of the towels was basically freshly bought and hasn't been washed before first use.
