Cons:

Staff was rude. It is illegal to charge for a service animal under french law. I have all the proper government paperwork and was harassed by staff. I personally think the man working the front desk was just going to pocket the money as when I told him I only had swiss francs or a card and told him I would also make a legal complaint he finally relented.

Room was small and cramped. Terrible place.

Halte sympathique dans cet hôtel style montagnard
Pros:

Situation géographique très bien pour une nuit sur la route des vacances. Les chambres sont correctes.
Personnel très gentil et très bon petit déjeuner buffet avec du choix et copieux. Décor montagne très chaleureux.
Parking appréciable.

Cons:

On aurait aimé manger au restaurant un plat savoyard le soir du 26 décembre, mais nous comprenons qu'ils ne puissent pas ouvrir par manque insuffisant de réservation. Mais nous avons pu bénéficier d'une réduction au Buffalo, en séjournant dans leur établissement.
