The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, really enjoyed the shower.

The lobby was untidy especially area behind the check in counter, scraps of paper on the floor, needed to be swept.

Nice room. Great breakfast.

Cons:

After we paid for room. We were told 20.00 to park in the parking garage. Now you can park on the street 6 pm to 6 am but you can get towed. This fee needs to be told up front.

Great stay . Only problem was the shower took a while to warm up.
Pros:

I did not have the breakfast . We had to leave before breakfast to get to the hospital for surgery.

Cons:

The water for the shower took like 10 minutes to get warm.

Cons:

When I first came in after a long flight. I came to my room, the heating was not working and no hot water. After unpacking, I went to the reception telling him to offer sending maintenance, I told him no, I need to change the room and I’m not staying until maintenance. There was no water to drink or cattle and even the coffee machine was not working. I had to grab all my unpacked stuff and go to the reception until I get issued a new room waiting with my bags in the reception then go to another floor. It was one of the worst experiences I tried with Hilton. The guy in the reception was just trying to follow the rules and help but it was totally unpleasant experience

Will not be staying at another Home2.
Pros:

The location was ok. Staff was very helpful and the rooms were very nice.
The fact about having a nice size refrigerator. A lot of room for 4 people.

Cons:

This is the first time we had to pay for parking. We don't understand this when we are staying in your hotel. The breakfast wasn't great.
