Would stay again due to location and park view
Pros:

Good view into the park good location clean shower was decent and I liked the sofa near the window

Cons:

Bed rock hard pillows feel cheap not luxury considering deluxe room , for a £200 room it was a heatwave you think they’d put some cold complimentary water in the fridge .. the check in desk does get busy and only one staff member

Probably one of the better hotels in the town. Small niggles took the shine off.
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable

Cons:

£20 additional charge for the car park is disappointing. Staff could learn the benefit of eye contact. Standing 2 feet away from the receptionist who doesn't feel the need to look up from the screen to acknowledge the presence of a guest, is poor. Even more so if that is your first human interaction of the day. Basic customer service. No excuse.

An excellent experience
Pros:

Got a nice upgrade to a junior suite from a deluxe room which was lovely, separate living area with 5 star facilities. Free bottle of wine. Comfortable bed and air-con . A beautiful backgammon set .Was so perfect. Breakfast was great too

Cons:

We dined in the hotel restaurant on one of the nights. Service was extremely slow except for the manager and the waiter that was providing water to the tables. Food was nice though.

Loved the hotel and staff were all lovely.
Pros:

Everything about every stay I’ve had at the big blue has been exceptional, staff, cleanliness, food and the location is great.

Cons:

Parking charge is off putting, parking the car for 3 nights and paying extra to leave it later on check out day was £70.

Nice, but showing its age.
Pros:

The location and exterior of the hotel are excellent.

Cons:

Starting to show its age, could do with a bit of tlc, especially for the price. Not even Trivago can soften the blow.

Excellent , recommended
Pros:

Location was excellent for the pleasure beach , l plus you get to use the VIP entrance , all the staff where amazing and helpful , we opted not to pay for the parking as if you try your luck opposite the hotel the street is Normal parking but obviously down to pure luck .

Cons:

The cost of the parking . We had a ground floor room , room 100 and outside the window was the barrier for the car park so noisy plus many smokers having around outside so couldn’t have the window open due to the smell
