Please note the hotel does not accommodate single-sex groups or parties of over 3 rooms or more. The maximum number of adults in any one room is 2. Reservations over 31 December and 1 January will be on a bed and breakfast basis only, entertainment and dinner are not included. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. All guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied in room by minimum of one adult aged 18 or over. Please note that when booking ten rooms or more, different policies and supplements may apply. Please note the parking fee is GBP20 per vehicle per night (12:00 midday - 12:00 midday). The hotel does not accept prepayment for reservations within three days of arrival date. Guests must be 18 years or older to stay in a Suite. All bedrooms, meeting rooms and public areas are nonsmoking - a minimum £300.00 cleaning charge is applicable for smoking in guestrooms. Big Blue Hotel operates cashless throughout the hotel, most major credit/debit cards are accepted at reception and in the Bar & Restaurant.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Been many times and always been great
We were placed in a family room and from 5:06am the room above had kids banging and jumping off the bed , we complained to reception around 6;50am but the more we complained the loader they got.
Nothing was done and we were offered car parking back as compensation. Will go back to boulevard next time as they are much better rooms and put you were they think appropriate
Great for families, clean, easy to park, easy reach of all Blackpool has to offer.
Service from staff was very variable, One guy in restaurant was lovely.

Staff were really friendly and also gave us an upgrade. Everything was nice and clean. Great location for the Pleasure Beach.
Slightly dated interiors and our shower screen leaked from the side. We had food from the bar menu and it was very disappointing: overpriced and was clearly just microwaved, it had with no flavour.

Cleaners having a jolly and chatting loudly outside the rooms on the corridors, that needs curtailing, sorry it is not nice nor allowing rest to be enjoyed!
The room view was lovely looking onto the fair for my kids just what we asked for :)
The mattress on the bed was absolutely horrible i had no sleep at all due to the mattress been hard i had pain in my hips all night 😫 the bed was very uncomfortable it was 2 single beds pushed together:( & the breakfast was lovely plenty to choose from the only issue the drinks machine and toaster need moving away from each other as there was alot off confusion waiting for each machine. We did have to tell these old people behind us to stop swearing as I had my children with me and the language wasn't very pleasant 😕
Comfortable hotel to sleep and very clean and staff are lovely and ready to help and thats why I won't use any other hotels in Blackpool
