Eigentlich alles in ordnung. Das Frühstücks Buffet könnte mehr auswahl haben. Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Pros:

L'accueil de la part de l'équipe, surtout d'Elisa (merci encore à elle pour son sourire et sa gentillesse de chaque instant).
Le jacuzzi et la qualité de la literie pour dormir.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, il est bien desservi par plusieurs transports en commun : métro, train et bus.
Le spa et la piscine étaient bien, nous avons pu en profiter au cours de notre séjour.

Cons:

La diversité du petit déjeuner : il manquait, selon nous, des fruits (banane, fraise ou autre...), de viennoiseries, omelettes.
L'isolation des chambres est mauvaise, nous avons eu des voisins très bruyants au cours de notre séjour. Par exemple le volume de la télé très fort à 2h/3h du matin ou encore des douches nocturnes.
Notre ressenti était tel que nous avions l'impression qu'ils étaient dans notre chambre.

Soba je bila enaka kot je na sliki, udobna in dovolj velika.

Cons:

Pri polpenzionu je vsak dan ista hrana, mrzla, pekoča, neouksna. Pri zajtrku ni bilo nič bolje vsak dan so imeli isto bilo je malo izbire enkrat smo morali čakati celo da smo se lahko usedli pri zajtrku, ni bilo dovolj veliko prostora. Rezervirala sem eno izmed boljših sob vendar razgled je bil na cevi, in stare hiše daleč od naših pričakovanj.

Pros:

They upgraded our room as my mom had a birthday and truly appreciate it, as it was really special to us. For this price this is really great hotel and it also includes spa with warm pool too. Really enjoyed with our stay.

Déçus
Pros:

Superficie de la chambre. Literie confortable. Jacuzzi après les visites( même si ne fonctionne pas) . Personnel agréable. Train pour aller dans le centre(20 minutes environ)

Cons:

Petit déjeuner limité . Équipement vieillissant . Jacuzzi qui ne fonctionne pas bien . Chambre 707 . Chauffage ingérable. Couette vraiment trop petite pour deux( quand il fait froid ) . Que des chaînes turques à la tv .
Hotel aurait besoin de gros travaux.
