Чисто в номері та готелі, привітний та завжди готовий допомогти персонал, що дуже важливо.

Cons:

Тонкі стіни і вікна, у номері було чутно усе з вулиці і особливо з сусідньої кімнати, у басейні було трохи брудно, пліснява і кинуті використані шапочки для плавання та капці.

Strategic location, but will not suggest to stay here as the hotel facilities are full of scam.

The room was clean and the hotel is placed in a strategic location.

Cons:

Initially it was stated in the booking every facilities are free, but the facilities are actually by another company in lower ground floor. To use the swimming pool, you are required to buy shower cap specifically from them which is 200 lira per cap. We noticed locals over there using the pool without a shower cap and questioned them why its a compulsory and its not even stated in the booking regarding the shower cap. But they did not answer and insisted to pay them or else we are not allowed to use the swimming pool. Hammam bath was stated free and the receptionist mentioned we just need to book the slot to use it, but the lower ground facilities management stated we need to pay around 2500 lira for each person. Reported this to hotel reception and they said will talk to their manager and let us know, but there was no update from them. Totally disappointing, will not suggest this hotel to anyone, please be aware of the scam. This happen to another couple from bulgaria as well and they were furious on the hotel actions and irresponsible behaviour.

1-كلشي لم يعجبني.
2-الموظفون غير ودودين وغير متعاونين نهائياً.
3-الفطور الصباحي خيارات قليلة جداً ومكررة كل يوم ولا يتم تجديد الشاي عند نفاذ الكمية .
4- هناك غرف لا تحتوي على نوافذ.
5- الفندق لا يستحق نجمة واحدة لا اعلم كيف تم تصنيفه أربعة نجوم.
6- تجربة سيئة جدا ولن تتكرر ان شاء الله

: Tolles Hotel mit hervorragendem Service – jederzeit wieder!
Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Lage ist ideal – alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe, sei es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants oder Transport. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich, und das Hotel bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf Komfort und guten Service legt
