Perfect location good servise very clean

Mir wurde leider erstmal ein downgrade Zimmer gegeben, daraufhin musste ich dem Personal erklären welches Zimmer ich geb

Leider nichts, außer der Ausblick von dem Zimmer (Dachgeschoss mit Meerblick)

Номер по размерам хороший, рядом магазинчики и кафе, есть где погулять

Cons:

Номер грязный, кондиционер не регулируется внутри номера, нужно звонить каждый раз на ресепшен, с детьми не просто. Сауны не работают, бассейн холодный, по стенам грибок. В зале не работают все тренажеры. Вид из окна в коридор. Душ сломан, сейф сломан. Номер убирали через день.

Gece saati sıcak su sıkıntısı yaşadık, anlık çözüm bulmak yerine 1 saat sonrasında çözüm bulundu. Görselde olan odadan farklı oda verildi. Sonrasında oda değişikliği istedik ve orada camdaki panjurlardan bir tanesi olmadığından dolayı sabah güneşi yüzümüze vurdu

Pros:

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento , desde el primer día nos ayudaron con las maletas y el carrito del bebé ya que tiene ascensor pero justo antes de entrar hay unos escalones, el día que nos fuimos también nos ayudaron a meter las maletas en nuestro transfer que nos venía a recoger y había un chico en el restaurante que hablaba un poco español y fue muy simpático , venían a limpiar todos los días y para mí era algo indispensable ya que fui con mi bebé , cambiaban las toallas y también hacían cambio de sábanas y reponían agua y cafés , y tienen una pequeña nevera que te facilita poder comprar algo y dejarlo ahí enfriando , hay una estación de metro muy cerca para poder moverte a los sitios turísticos , tiene cerca a 8 minutos caminando dos centros comerciales , muchas farmacias cerca y restaurantes locales, justo debajo tiene un supermercado así que muy bien , volvería a hospedarme.

Cons:

Netflix no nos funcionó en el televisor , algunos días teníamos problema al entrar con la tarjeta ya que no abría la habitación , pero se lo comunicábamos a la persona de recepción y al instante nos solucionaba el problema , así que por lo demás muy bien.

Am platit extra pentru Jacuzzi care nu a functionat,geamuriile extrem de murdare, mucegai pe pereti, tocul usi rupt. Iar de fiecare data cand paraseam camera cei de la receptie opreau aerul conditionat

Le petit déjeuner plus de tasses et trop turc pour nous pas assez de choix dans les pains proposé ex: croissants pain au chocolat
