I liked the room and the staff

Cons:

I didn’t like that my room was in the 32nd floor and the elevators are always busy. Also, there’s a lot of traffic in the area and can get noisy in the room when drivers honk their horns.

Pros:

Great location, next to a mall food court and walking distance to metro/bus. The view was also beautiful.

Cons:

There were just some practical things missing in the room that made it a bit difficult, like hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels and a mini fridge. The location is also difficult for Didi drop-off since the intersection is very crowded.

Room was cosy and bed very comfortable, a little dated but good value and good location

Cons:

A bit hard to find as it is in a tower block, better to follow the address rather than the link to satnav.

interesting place but the view form the room was not fantastic. Internal was fine.
Pros:

the location to F&B was good its tucked away at a small corner - so need to keep your eyes sharp for that reason.

Cons:

It was too cold in the room and the staff did not tell us how to use the air condition/ heater till we figure it out the next day

The property is in close proximity to many scenic areas. But the absolute treasure of this hotel is the helpful and friendly staff. Despite the language barrier, they assisted me with my requests. Thank you!
