we've stayed at this hotel several times & the condition of the facility gets worse each time.
Pros:

it is a good location for us when visiting family in the area.

Cons:

our room had several issues that needed to be fixed. also, the gravy was inappropriately prepared (it was watery), the omletes were lukewarm. usually we enjoy the breakfast.
