Perfect!
Pros:

Amazing location, just a five minute walk down to the beach, and five minutes in the other direction to the high street. The room itself was cosy with all facilities working well, and the owner met us on arrival and was incredibly friendly. Don't hesitate to book this one!

Superb stay. Unreservedly recommend.
Pros:

Second time staying there. Impressed in all respects TBH. Wonderfully functional, decorated/fitted, comfortable and a relaxing atmosphere. Very helpful and attentive owner. Nice area, short stroll to beach and high street.

It was a great stay, but I wished we had been offered a room with a natural-light window rather than opening doors.

Private room 1, but we could only open the back door in the evening and there were no other windows.

Fantastic host. Inga is just excellent. We received royal treatment. She is kind, helpful, willing to go an extra mile to make your stay great.
The room we had was beautiful. The bed - was amazing - it felt like sleeping on a cloud.

Pros:

The room was ok. Could do with a bedside table.

Cons:

The bathroom was approx 18 inches wide, if bigger not wider than 24 inches. Toilet at a very slanted position. Sink too close to toilet. a bit awkward to manoeuvre. Was not advised until day of travel that parking was on a 'first come first serve basis'; which was a surprise as the property is advertised with parking so would expect availability to be at least one parking space per room. Bathroom does does not fully close. This is in relation to room 6. not sure if the bathroom is the same in all rooms.

Good for location, private car park and comfortable bed, not so good for accessing bed and the very small bathroom facil
Pros:

Great location with parking and a short walk from the sea. Lovely bright room, very clean and a nice welcome. It was nice sitting in the chairs with the morning sunshine coming through the windows. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. WiFi ok, convenient USB points next to the bed. Tea tray, fridge in room and kitchenette just out side.

Cons:

Bed was so close to wall and difficult to access. No bedside table or bedside lights. Sliding bathroom door didn’t give as much privacy as a closing door. Wash hand basin was so small that it was difficult to use for anything other than washing hands. Unable to use coffee machine as all the coffee pods had split open.

Walking distance to beach
Pros:

Ideal location 5 min walk to beach in quiet area.
Room very clean, cosy & modern with really good shower and very comfortable bed.
Big TV - teas and coffee station.
Host welcomed us on arrival-very pleasant and helpful. Free and secure off road parking.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room we had bed against the wall on 3 sides so had to climb over person on exit side to get out & couldnt watch the TV as it kept loosing signal.

Pros:

Inga was very welcoming!
The room was amazing and very confortable. Nice big windows with a lot of natural light.
There was a little shared kitchen with a coffee machine we could use but also a fridge and instant coffee in the room.
Perfect location from the high street and the beach!

Cons:

There were a few hairs in the shower and toilet seat.

Pros:

Property was 3 min walk to an amazing funky pub. Beach 6-7 mins walk, sandy beach too🙌🏼 Inga personally met me and was very helpful and accommodating. The bed was sooooo comfortable, Netflix and a big TV, really really clean… I can not fault this place . HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you Inga👌🏻
