Pros:

The staff were very kind and efficient. We stayed in the hotel in two occasions and there was no problem to leave the extra luggage we did not need at the hotel. The air conditioning worked very well - the rooms were clean. The hotel is not too far away from the airport and nearby there are at least two big shops where it is easy to find either restaurants or food to buy. When going downtown we relied on Grab. It is very nice to be able to refill drinkable water (cold and hot) on every floor.

Cons:

The rooms are not too big if you have big suitcases but one can manage.
