Ampio e moderno appartamento nel mezzo della natura e nei pressi di Norimberga
Pros:

L'appartamento ha delle dimensioni molto generose, la zona living con grande tavolo rotondo e cucina fornita davvero di tutto, un grande divano di fronte al televisore, poi due ampie camere da letto e 2 bagni di cui uno molto ampio con vasca e doccia. Il comfort è garantito dal riscaldamento (credo a pavimento) e le serrande ad azionamento elettrico. Il WiFi funziona perfettamente. L'appartamento è molto silenzioso, per chi viaggia con il cane come noi c'è l'accesso alla foresta subito di fronte. Nonostante sia in una zona periferica (e non molto suggestiva, a meno della foresta a due passi), con la macchina si raggiungono velocemente sia Norimberga (meno di 30min per parcheggiare in centro), e diversi shopping centers, supermercati, ristoranti e cibo take away. Il parcheggio si trova subito di fronte all'appartamento

Cons:

Niente in particolare, consiglio però la proprietà di preparare una guida per gli ospiti dove siano presenti le istruzioni per la connessione al WiFi (ho scritto un messaggio per avere la password) e le indicazioni sulla gestione dei rifiuti

Pros:

Lage super, appartment gross, war eigentlich alles vorhanden was man für längeren aufenthalt braucht.

Cons:

Sauberkeit nicht so toll, ikea furniture, Waschmaschiene und trockner voll mit wäsche (handtücher) nicht benutzbar.

Pros:

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Fussbodenheizung, in der Küche fehlte es an nichts, gute Matratzen und die Lage ist 10 Min außerhalb von Erlangen direkt am Wald

Perfekt für Hundebesitzer
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und man fühlt sich fast wie zu Hause. Es ist alles vorhanden, sogar Tee. Man muss keine Müllbeutel oder Klopapier kaufen. Die Betten sind gut. Die Tiefgarage ist super!
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider ging das Licht am Badspiegel nicht.
