Pros:

Everything was great . .

The staff was so cooperative and friendly especially the staff in the restaurant .

Food was also too good .and the rooms were clean and spacious .

Cons:

The entry to the hotel and the parking facilities was really poor .

الفندق موقعة ف المول وجداً مزعج المول.

Cons:

الفندق حرامي يسرق المال يتم تقديم فواتير غير واقعية وضريبة لا انصح بالحجز معهم. يتم النصب عليه بدون علمك. ازعاج شارع النوافذ غير عازلة. ايضاً دخلة الفندق من المول والمول مزعج .

Outstanding hotel in Kochi
Pros:

Fantastic location. Connected to a mall. Food is available all time, great variety, cinema as well.

Cons:

Booking.com allowed a child which was later charged extra at checkin. Maybe a system error but should not occur. Doesn't suit the brand.
