Hervorragendes Hotel mit perfekter Anbindung an die Forum-Mall mit unzähligen Restautants, Geschäften und Kinos. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und aufmerksames Personal. Modern stilvolle Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht.

Hotel agréable et bien localisé pour séjourner sur Kochi.
Pros:

Hôtel récent avec chambres spacieuses, piscine, proximité d'un mall avec de nombreux restaurant pour diner, petit déjeuner varié.

Cons:

Bien que très spacieuse pour 2 personnes, l'agencement des chambres n'est pas facilement modulable pour une 3eme personne (ce qui était notre cas). Nous avons toutefois trouvé la solution en déplaçant quelques meubles... (nous y séjournions plusieurs jours, cela valait le coup).

The ambience! The easy access to forum mall. The restaurant ambience and view. The layout and design of the hotel are indeed beautiful.

Cons:

The hanging lamp in the room is a hazard as both me and my son hit our heads on it when we get up from the sofa.
Also we asked for check out at 1:30 to which front desk agreed. Yet at 12 pm our keys were disabled and we got stuck and unable to enter the hotel or our rooms. Very unprofessional and inappropriate for such a hotel. When you agree to allow check out at 1:30 and disable keys at 12 you are sending out a very poor image of quality.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. La proximité du Mall qui offre un large choix. Belle piscine. Un accueil et un service professionnel et sympathique. Restaurant moderne avec un large choix. Tout était très bien.
