The ambience! The easy access to forum mall. The restaurant ambience and view. The layout and design of the hotel are indeed beautiful.

Cons:

The hanging lamp in the room is a hazard as both me and my son hit our heads on it when we get up from the sofa.
Also we asked for check out at 1:30 to which front desk agreed. Yet at 12 pm our keys were disabled and we got stuck and unable to enter the hotel or our rooms. Very unprofessional and inappropriate for such a hotel. When you agree to allow check out at 1:30 and disable keys at 12 you are sending out a very poor image of quality.

Hidden gem in Cochin
Pros:

I cannot say enough good things about this 5-star hotel, such a hidden gem in Cochin. The rooms were spacious and clean with the most comfortable bed and the right neck pillows. Staff were absolutely incredible; their service was top notch. We had many deliveries to the hotel, and they managed it with such care and consideration. The bonus was the Forum mall attached to the hotel. But without a doubt, the best part of the experience was the food at the restaurant. We were at the end of our trip and stayed in luxury hotels throughout, but nowhere did we experience the taste of the food like this. The chef is the best I've come across.
