Wirklich schönes Hotel, wenn man Entertainment möchte
Pros:

Super Angebot an Essen und Getränken. Das Ambiente am grossen Pool war super. Immer viel Animation. Toller kleiner privater Strand. Starbucks vor Ort und in all in inbegriffen.

Cons:

Ich weiss nicht ob es wirklich daran lag, aber vielleicht sollte man die Eiswürfel in den Getränken abbestellen, ich hab mir im Hotel leider unschöne Darmbakterien eingefangen.

Ajánlom akár családoknak akár pároknak, fiataloknak idősebbeknek egyaránt!:)
Pros:

Finom ételek, nagy választék. A medencék, szobák tiszták voltak. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész volt. Tetszett a 16+ korosztálynak szánt Infinity pool többnyire ott voltunk.

Cons:

A szobában a hűtő nem hűtött szinte egyáltalán, az egész szoba hamar felmelegedett, ha meg a klímát bekapcsoltuk nagyon fújta ránk a levegőt. Azonban az összképen ezek nem rontottak semmit nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле в начале ноября и остались очень довольны! Хочу отметить не только высокий уровень сервиса, но и эстетику территории: много красивых локаций, уютные зоны отдыха, живописные уголки.

Персонал приветливый, всегда готов помочь и встречает с улыбкой.

Чистота в номере — на высоте! Ежедневная уборка, свежие полотенца каждый день. Гигиенические наборы пополняют вовремя.

Всё это создавало ощущение домашнего комфорта и заботы о гостях.

Питание порадовало разнообразием: блюда были свежими и вкусными. Однозначно рекомендую!

Pros:

Отличный отель, великолепный персонал, чистые и большие номера .
Были в конце сезона, В ноябре. Основой целью в поиске был классный шведский стол и мы не ошиблись. Было не очень много людей , комфортно чисто и уютно. У отеля есть выход к береговой линии, комфортный спуск к морю. Также расположен в удобной локации, Можно даже добраться из Алании на общественном транспорте. Рядом мигрос и много аутлетов продающих турецкий Hugo boss 😁

Cons:

Вид из окна номера. Выбрали номер с боковым видом на море, вид действительно на море, но прямо под окнами парковка с самосвалами))) И с понедельника начали производить работы рядом с отелем. Был небольшой шум от строительных работ. Но нам это не помешало и, уверена, носит временный характер. Мы провели качественый отдых как и планировали на 10 из 10

Pros:

Çocuklarım Şam ve Can ile tatile gittim, tatilimiz gerçekten çok keyifli geçti. Otel ekibi çok başarılıydı ve görevlerini en iyi şekilde yerine getirdiler. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Yemekler lezzetli, çeşitli ve kaliteli idi. Personelin ilgisi ve yaklaşımı çok güzeldi. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Я поехала в отпуск со своими детьми, Шам и Джаном, и наше путешествие прошло просто замечательно. Персонал был превосходным и выполнял свою работу на высшем уровне. Чистота была отличной. Еда вкусная, разнообразная и качественная. Отношение персонала было очень вежливым и приятным. Я обязательно вернусь сюда ещё раз и с удовольствием рекомендую этот отель всем.

Отдыхали с маленьким ребёнком в конце сезона. Всё хорошо, но есть над чем работать
Pros:

1. Компактная, но эргономично устроенная территория. Удобно и понятно.
2. Наличие детского клуба и разных активностей для детей. Замечательные аниматоры: Саша, Злата, Michel.
3. Чистое море (можно поплавать с маской) с плавным удобным заходом для детей.
4. Приятный главный бассейн (кто любит) и водные горки с 10 до 12 и с 14 до 17. Можно немного развлечься и разнообразить пляжный отдых.
5. Хорошая, разнообразная еда в главном ресторане. На территории отеля располагается 3 бара, где готовят вкусные алкогольные коктейли. С 12 до 17 открывается киоск, где предлагают вкусные безалкогольные напитки, готовят фруктовые и овощные смузи, предлагают мороженое. С 14 до 17 работает киоск, где готовят кофе Starbucks.
6. Удобное расположение отеля, в 3 минутах автобусная остановка, можно доехать до Алании или Манавгата (очень милый городок, хороший торговый центр "Nova Mall") погулять.
7. Интересные вечерние анимационные программы.

Cons:

1. На пляже слишком много лежаков (сложно дойти до моря, если не в первом ряду). И при этом их не хватает (пляж маленький и некоторые умники занимают лежаки ещё до выдачи полотенец. Кто тапочек положит, кто кепку, кто купальник). Бесит
2. Часто попадается недомытая посуда и приборы. В главном ресторане более-менее (хотя всё равно нужно смотреть что берёте), а в кафе у моря могут подать откровенно грязные приборы. Один раз мне принесли блюдо без приборов. Я подошёл попросить и при мне достали 2 использованные немытые вилки, протёрли их тряпочкой и вручили. Бесит
3. Очень плохая шумоизоляция номеров, можно сказать отсутствует. Кондиционеры в номерах висят не в изголовье, а сбоку от кровати и дуют на вас. Если открыть окно - шумно (рядом шоссе, кафе, магазины, другие отели) Неприятно
4. В отеле есть детские стульчики в ресторане, но нет горшков, детских сидений для унитаза и приступок для мытья рук (везите своё). Трудно закупить 30 штук на весь отель копеечных детских сидений для унитазов? Удивительно

Хороший отель, спасибо за отдых, вернемся еще.

Ухоженная территория, вкусная еда, хороший номер, персонал очень отзывчивый.

Хороший отель за свои деньги, территория небольшая, но очень ухоженная и чистая. Номер был достаточно большой, кровати удобные, белье чистое, подушки хорошие, балкон, еда очень разнообразная и вкусная, каждый день что-то новенькое можно найти, фрукты, овощи, мороженое-супер,вкусный кофе. Пляж маленький, но чистый, заход плавный, вода прозрачная, также можно спускаться в море с пирса.Для любителей бассейна тоже все есть, бассейн с видом на море-инстаграмное место.

Cons:

В баре у бассейна уставшая пластиковая посуда(стаканы,бокалы) но это мелочи.

The best Hotel for a family holiday
Pros:

Everythin here was veeeery good! I highly recommend this Hotel for staying. The people are very friendly, polite and nice. The food is super fresh and very tasty. If you have kids - you have everything for them on the territory as well. Animation is good. We loved staying at White City.

Cons:

The swimming pool was quite fresh so we went to the beach only. The lagoon is not so big so there was no free chaise lounges sometimes. The kids disco is at 21:00 which is quite late for those who follow the regime, 20:30 will be perfect time as in many hotels.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Not the greatest prize for value and the hotel app needs a work on
Pros:

Not the best food I've tried but there was a lot to choose from- gluten free, vegan, even mashed food, yoghurts and juices for kids, which was a great plus. There was a Starbucks and detox drinks served in drink bars and a good selection in snack court. A big variety of drinks in bars which were spread throughout the hotel. The room was nice, clean, with great comfortable beds. I liked that we got fresh water bottles in the room everyday. The staff was super friendly but small minus is that the receptionists did not speak good english so it was hard to communicate. We enjoyed the animation shows as well- each wvening there was a nice performance prepared.

Cons:

The water in the inside pool could be heated so that the guests could enjoy warm water on rainy days as well. The hotel app was terrible- its showing outdated information, for example its showing that a transport with bus for one person to Antalya airport is available for €15 but I was unable to book anything theough the app and when I went down to the reception I heard that this transfer option does not exist and the cheapest they can offer is private transfer for 100€. If the 15€ bus transport is not available then why is it there as an option? We have also noticed that all new guests which arrived after us got gifted with white city beach bag as a gift which we did not get and we felt a little left behind.
