Cons:

The entire house has only 1 bathroom. Your experience here completely depends on other tenants. If other tenants use the kitchen, take the shower, or speak aloud after 10 pm, you will find it difficult to get a good rest. I meant such annoying things during my stay. I didn't get a good sleep for over three nights during the two-week stay.
