Excellent location.our room was clean including the bed sheets. Staff helpful and friendly
The restaurant manager was rude, and every time we paid, he never had any change, which left a negative impression.
Also, the breakfast was not good at all and there wasn’t even an omelette, which I consider a basic option for a hotel breakfast.
The location is walking distance to dhasaswamedh ghat. And it also saves from the narrow roads of banaras without taking you away from the ghats.
It is easy to reach from the railway station as taxis can easily drop you.
You will get rickshaws and autos easily to explore nearby places
Opposite to the famous Deena chaat bhandar (Big Plus)
The hotel is on the first floor and above, below that it's an old garment and other shops (maybe it's common in other hotels too but I found it weird).
Bed blankets were not cleaned properly, the TV remote was not functioning properly.
Rooms had no views, although the front rooms will give you a road view (but also you will hear traffic flow mostly) however, this can be ignored because the city is built-up that way only.
Food was average you can skip
Simple spacious rooms and comfy beds. Nice roof terrace with adequate food.
Hot and powerful rain shower.
Located on a very busy street that is noisy with traffic and beeping horns all day and well into the night. The walk to the Ghats is extremely hazardous as you have to negotiate all the people and traffic while walking on the road. The road was closed, so the option of a ride was not available.
The linen needs replacing. Towels were thin and stained, although I believe they were clean, just old.

Nada, solo que tiene ascensor. Zona horrorosa con obras en vial. Mucho trafico, pitidos, ruido incluso de noche, tapones en oidos, comida para olvidar, muy sucio todo. Ni se te ocurra, mejor fuera de la zona antigua y con Uber que te acerquen lo mas poskble a los ghats

The location is fantastic being close to restaurants, grocery store, clothing stores and all that you’d need whilst travelling India.
Overpriced accommodation. May 2024 I payed around AUD43 per night , April 2025 I payed around AUD99 per night and February 2026 I payed AUD109 per night. Come on Bedzzz overpriced and overrated now. Getting way too greedy with mould in the shower and stained linen for AUD109 per night.

Too much noise in and around hotel. I used noise cancellation earpods to sleep
Walking distance to ghaat and shopping market. Basic facilities good.
May be there could be more variety on menu card.
