The breakfast was okay, the southwest style egg omelets were not the best choice if you didn't like peppers, another egg choice should be offered at the same time. the bagels were dry and hard, and there should be a time and quantity limit on using the waffle makers. I observed one person using 2 waffle makers and making 6 waffles just for themself, not for anyone else, I waited for as long as 15 minutes for my turn and others were waiting behind me. It was also advertised there would be a full serve restaurant on site for dining, it was a walkup kitchen that was open only at certain times, and we had to drive to local restaurants to get the food we wanted, not mexican food that was offered at the Staybridge site.

I applied thru sezzle was confirmed rooms were paid 2 rooms.when i got there they ask for a credit card.told me nothing would be taken off .both rooms were taken off my card .I should have been told rooms weren't paid an I could have done something different instead my bill money was used.i was lied to .then when I called spoke 3 someone that night told I would get money back in five days.i told her what I was already told again ask to speak to manager.was told she would call me @7 :00 a.m by 8:30 I called back. Told her I had been waiting on her to call she said I didn't think u wanted me to call u that early (really).I'm talking abt my money then she tells me to contact booking. Com finally another lie. When they could have told me this on day 1

We did not care for the fact no one even came in to clean our room Friday-friday. We asked twice for it to be touched up( new towels, vacuumed due to sand) but no service was provided. They were out of Blankets for the pull out bed. We had to ask for new towels several times but we’re always given them, we had to take out our own garbage daily with providing our own garbage bags( maybe add a larger garbage to the rooms with kitchens). We had to ask for new rolls of toilet paper ( only one provided in room). The beds were extremely uncomfortable( my husband and I ended up sleeping on the pull out and took tue comforter from the actual bed). An hour into breakfast if they were out of food it was not restocked regardless if there was two hours left. The coffee bar had problems due to “wrong filters” we were told( they do provide packets to take to your room free of charge). Younger front desk staff constantly on their cell phones. I personally don’t feel the price we paid($1,400) matched the luxury advertised. Them being a new hotel ( months old) I would have expected not so many struggles but also understanding they are still trying to figure things out. When anything was brought to their attention they always tried their best to make it right! The flaws were minor flaws but I like honest reviews allowing people to improve :)

I thought it was weird that guest put their wet dirty towels outside the bedroom door on the carpet. Also my neighbor was screaming and playing loud music until 2-3am. I called reception to ask if they could ask them to turn it down. Her response was i don't know but she would check. The amount of money I spent on 2 rooms and they couldn't send someone. Disappointing.
