I would not recommend this property for a leisure stay. Hospitality is not just about having a building; it is about mak
Pros:

Not worthy for the amount we paid. There was no proper hospitality and no privacy at all, as the curtains were not closing properly. Construction work was going on around the property, which made the stay uncomfortable. We did not feel welcomed during the stay. There was also no air conditioning and no call assistance available for guests. We had to search for the staff ourselves whenever we needed any assistance

Pros:

I recently stayed at Ye la Munnar and had a mostly good experience. Even though I was quite unwell during the trip and had considered cutting my stay short, I still ended up enjoying my time there. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the place offers a peaceful stay with a calm, natural atmosphere. The staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to help, which really made the stay special. The food was also excellent.

Overall, a lovely stay with amazing service, but with a few areas that could be improved.

Cons:

There were a few drawbacks—the bathroom was often wet and had a slight musty odor, the upstairs room got quite hot during the day, and there were frequent power interruptions (though that’s understandable). For the price, it felt a bit on the expensive side.

Pros:

One of the best stays in Munnar. The property is around 35km from Munnar Town located inside a cardamom plantation. The climate in this region is the major attraction. It was fully covered in mist and fog all day. We really loved the surroundings and services they have provided. The rooms are maintained really well. We will definitely come back again in the future.
