A relaxing stay with everything you need. Pool area great to relax in.
Pros:

Location great - close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of options for breakfast.
Room a good size.

Cons:

At times when busy, there were no glasses available for juice and bread had ran out. Supplies were depleted by 10am

The staff!! Best most attentive and respectful.

Cons:

Worst room ever!! Overpriced. Tacky decor. Room division with a curtain? Plastic base tiny shower? Hard mattress? Didn’t even offer slippers. Very basic breakfast.

Great location : most amenities within walking distance;
helpful, friendly staff;
clean comfortable rooms,
good restaurant food and services.

Cons:

Personally found it difficult to relax or focus on work, in the many smart lounges, because of the loud thumping music. I either had to return to room or move out of the comfort of the hotel, to work in a quieter space. I do understand loud thumping music is popular with most guests, but perhaps a quiet section could be set aside for guests who prefer softer music.
