Traffic noise. Better insulation on the windows would be great. Lack of lifts is a bummer if staying on higher floors. Perhaps rooms should be classified by floor

Property sold my room and told me at 9pm the day of checkin

Cons:

The property called at 9pm the day of checkin and told me there were no more rooms available. I had a confirmed booking.

The staff moved me to another one of their properties and lied about it being closer to where I intended to be staying near

恐らくもう使わない
Pros:

目の前にKelana Jaya stationがあり、クアラルンプール中心地に移動する際はとても便利。

Cons:

滞在時は新しくオープンしたばかりだそうで、チェックインの際の支払い時にセキュリティーfeeの支払いができず苦労した。カウンターのQRコードも読み込めず、しかもマレーシアの口座を持ってないとできないなど、現地の友人がいなかったら恐らくどうにもならなかった可能性がある。
