Absolutely everything - room was wonderful, beds super comfy, location awesome, pool was divine!! Kids loved it
Perfekte Lage, schöner Infinity-Pool, Waschtrockner in einer voll ausgestatteten Küche im Zimmer, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und alles sehr sauber.
Ein Trinkglas ist mir beim putzen umgefallen und zerbrochen, dafür wurden 50 RMB berechnet, was ich natürlich ohne Diskussion gezahlt habe, das dünne Glas ist aber höchstens 5 RMB wert, also Vorsicht, alles sehr zerbrechlich in der Küche! Beim Frühstück waren die warmen Gerichte ALLE kalt, die Wärmelampen scheinen nur Deko zu sein. Das WLAN ist sehr schlecht, besser man hat selbst eine Datensim.
Location was quite convenient. Not too far from a metro station, with restaurants, a café, and a large park nearby (though the park was closed for construction during our stay). It’s also a great choice for families with young children, as the indoor playground was a welcome escape from the hot and humid weather.
The pool is excellent, offering stunning views and a child‑friendly environment. Towels and slippers are available if needed, and the facilities include a sauna, steam room, and two jacuzzis in the changing area. However, I did notice that some of the tiles at the bottom of the jacuzzis were coming loose.
The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and nicely decorated. There is everything you need in the kitchen, and there is even a washing machine and laundry detergent you can use for free in the room.
Most of the staff were very nice and helpful, and some of them can speak English.
The breakfast buffet was great, offering a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. There were noodle and egg stations, freshly made waffles, and the selection varied slightly each morning.
We had dinner at the restaurant on the 18F, service was good and the food was tasty. The lady manager kindly took the time to show me how to use 美团 to access a discount, since I was unable to claim the hotel’s 26% WeChat offer due to technical issues. The pizzas are handmade, and you can even see the chef preparing them in the building opposite the restaurant.
Guests receive vouchers for complimentary drinks at reception upon arrival, which is a nice welcome gesture. They even gave one to my husband who was only dropping us off and not staying at the hotel.
- I had some issues with the lifeguards at the swimming pool. While I was swimming with my toddler, the lifeguards removed my belongings from a locker I had locked a little bit earlier. They repacked my clothes (including my underwear) into my bag and returned it to me, explaining that I was not allowed to take the locker key because the lockers were not private. This was confusing, as it was the first time I encountered such a rule, and there were plenty of other lockers available. In fact, I was the only person using the swimming pool at that time. I asked why keys were provided if guests were not supposed to lock the lockers, and raised concerns about the safety of personal belongings. The lifeguards said they had been searching for the key for a long time and needed to open the locker to clean it. They made it sound as though I had been keeping the key for days and was the reason they could not locate it, even though I had only arrived at the hotel the afternoon before and had been using the locker since 10:30 a.m. that morning. I had only been swimming for about 30 minutes when they returned my bag.
Communication was quite difficult, as the lifeguards did not speak English. I asked if they could call someone who did, to make communication easier and faster, but unfortunately they were unable to locate anyone. I had to rely on Google Translate while supervising my toddler, which made the situation even more stressful.
- The fridge in my room had a strong durian smell, which transferred to the food I stored inside. I understand durian has a very persistent odor, but perhaps guests should be advised not to store it in the fridge, or the fridge should be deep cleaned afterward to prevent this issue.
- The bottle of conditioner was empty in my shower. I called guest services to request a refill, and they assured me they would let the cleaning staff know and that it would be refilled.

Location was good. Room ver comfortable. Breakfast was also good and facilities like gym and pool looked fair even though we had no time to use.
Wi-Fi was actually very poor !

This was my second time staying here and I had another great experience! I was even given the same room number as my previous stay, which made it feel extra special and comfortable. The staff were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. They also went out of their way to help me locate my Taobao packages that I had shipped to the hotel in advance. I really appreciated their effort and hospitality.
Honestly, I had a very pleasant stay and didn’t have any complaints.
