Overall it was NOT a good experience staying at Fraser Suites Shenzhen. We had stayed at other Fraser Suites and this is by far the worst.

Cons:

Staff at the reception was not friendly, they don’t make you feel welcomed. We tried to purchase extra breakfast but was told at the restaurant that we had to pay every time after we eat every morning instead of billing to our room, we tried to talk to the reception staff and they allowed us to pay for 5 days of breakfast separately, and the payment went through, but it was refunded on the same day without us knowing?! They charged the breakfast again upon checkout, how confusing that was… staff at the breakfast restaurant was not friendly either, you hardly see them smiling.

Excellent service. Saunas and the gym need to be update.
Pros:

Clean, good location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Sauna department is no good. They need to renew it. Also the gym could be better. The swimming pool was not available at the time of my visit.

We are very glad we made the right choice even though the subway stations are little further we like

Pros:

Огромный номер, очень большой, ванная комната как футбольное поле, отличная локация, до центра пешком дошли, завтрак роскошный. Рядом много кафешек, большой тц. Бассейн на крыше красивый, не купались, было прохладно, видели купающихся гостей.

Cons:

Депозит 500 юаней- не очень удобно, но вернули при выезде без проблем.
