Good location, more like service apartment
Pros:

Very good location, close to the electronics district and the MTR

Cons:

Is very plain, amenities need to be requested, no minibar at all.

Lovey family hotel right in the heart of Shenzhen
Pros:

Very friendly staff, great location (near restaurants, park for morning run, shopping malls and MTR) , amazing rooftop with pool and cafe, outdoor area for breakfast, they had a really nice gesture for my daughter’s birthday !

Everything was fine !

We had a very late arrival so didn't get the most out of our one nights stay
Pros:

Location and room size was excellent and staff and overall experience was great .
i would highly recommend this Hotel to our friend's back in the Uk .

Cons:

The fact we couldn't get a later checkout on the morning before we left to fly back to the uk

A great hotel for families with children.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room, fun indoor playground and friendly staff.

Cons:

Wifi was almost nonexistent - very poor connection throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet spread and quality was average, and restaurant did not have enough highchair and kids’ utensils.

Heel fijne locatie en zeker een aanrader (behalve kamer 614)
Pros:

Goede locatie en schoon

Cons:

We zaten op kamer 614 en hoorden in de avond tot 22.00 uur stappen en gespring boven ons. We zaten waarschijnlijk onder de game room. 2 weken ervoor zaten we op 1016 en dat was perfect.

Odlično, vratila bih se!
Pros:

Dobra lokacija, par minuta hoda do podzemne, shopping mall isto na par minuta hoda, cca 15-20 min vožnje autom do Shenzhen Bay i Talent Park...S terase na kojoj je bazen se pruža otvoren, predivan pogled na Shenzhen Central Park i grad. Odličan doručak. Soba u kojoj sam ja bila je ogromna. Odlična usluga osim što se malo muče s engleskim (ali to nije samo SZ i ovaj hotel), pohvalila bih svakako, između ostalog, profesionalnost i uslužnost gđe Zoey na recepciji!
