Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, komfortabel und mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Zimmer ist traumhaft. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gym und der Wellnessbereich sind sehr schön, sauber und bieten einen tollen Blick.

Beautiful view, but not service
Pros:

I really liked the apartment itself — the room was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and the view from the window was beautiful. The park nearby and the surrounding skyscrapers create a great atmosphere, and the proximity to shopping malls is probably the main advantage of this location.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

Cons:

Speaking about the downsides, unfortunately there were quite a few. The location is in the city’s business district, where there is not much to explore or visit if it’s your first time in the city. But more importantly, the overall value for money feels quite poor, as the quality does not match the price.

It started at the reception, where I wasn’t given any information about the hotel’s amenities — such as what facilities are available or where everything is located. Interestingly, I noticed that another staff member was explaining all of this in detail to other guests nearby.

I also planned this stay as part of celebrating my birthday. Unfortunately, despite it being my birthday, there was no acknowledgment from the hotel — no small compliment, greeting, or gesture, which was quite disappointing.

Housekeeping was also not at the level one would expect from a hotel in this price category. I regularly noticed small crumbs and the room did not seem to be cleaned very thoroughly.

In addition, the restaurant located within the hotel did not stand out in terms of quality. There are many more interesting and tastier places nearby that offer better food at more reasonable prices. The room service menu was also quite limited and underwhelming.

Overall, the hotel simply does not justify its price. It was especially disappointing that even on my birthday there was no gesture or small compliment from the hotel at all.

La struttura non è più come prima , le camere hanno bisogno di manutenzione, la carta d’apparato sta danneggiata e i muri del bagno, nell’ultima camera che sono rimasta gli ultimi giorni la 1622 l’angolo del muro del bagno sta si rompendo così come il box doccia sembrava sporco. In quanto al personale del piano la cameriera di nome 我叫何少辉，谢谢您è una persona straordinaria di una educazione, professionalità, cordialità ed professionalità incredibile. Invece quelli della reception non sono uguali a parte una ragazza che aveva un segno rosso tra le sopracciglia e uno o due ragazze gli altri non erano così cordiali e professionale. Spero che lei abbia ricevuto i cioccolatini che gli ho lasciati e che la cameriera abbia ricevuto la busta che ho lasciato a lei con il suo nome scritto in cinese sopra perché ho lasciato anche dei cioccolatini per gli altri della reception indipendentemente dal modo loro di comportarsi nel nostro confronto. Questa è la seconda volta che rimango in questo albergo la prima il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso e la struttura era impeccabile così come il personale ma questa volta purtroppo sono delusa. Il box doccia quando c’era e la câmera quando c’era la cameriera sopra citata erano sempre puliti e ordinati gli ultimi due giorni non era così perché non c’era lei ;il box era sporco e la camera non era pulita .

Роскошный отель в паре шагов от всех основных небоскребов Шанхая. Обстановка очень качественная, красивая и полностью соответствует заявленному уровню. Потрясающий панорамный вид на деловой район. Божественные завтраки.

Cons:

Даже на ресепшене не все хорошо говорят по-английски, но это мелочь.

Красивый вид! Для первого впечатления от города, супер !
Pros:

Отличный вид с номера, и с бассейна. разнообразный выбор на завтрак. Дружелюбный персонал, но плохо говорят по-Английски. В мини баре вкусные чаи, понравился чайный наборчик для заваривания. Очень комфортная кровать и подушки, спалось сладко. Каждый день новые тапочки приносили, приятно.
( пс. Отель семейный, много детей). До метро пешком минут 7-10. В Shanghai tower есть обменник рядом.

Cons:

Депозит 500€. И не предупредило, что какие-то вещи для стирки не считаются за бесплатно ( включенные- как они сказали в стоимость ), попали на 40€ за стирку вещей.И не понятно почему каждый день уборка у них рано утром в 8-9 утра , когда мы еще спим. В бассейне логика не понятна- нужна шапочка, зато в джакузи она уже не нужна. И душевые шланги в разводах , и стенки полов уже выглядят уставше, для 5* могли бы за такими деталями следить.
