La camera era davvero molto bella e lo staff è stato fantastico, assolutamente all'altezza di un hotel a 5 stelle. La zona benessere è meravigliosa, dall'infinity pool ai lussuosi spogliatoi forniti di qualsiasi comfort. Posizione eccezionale, a due passi dalla Shanghai Tower.

Cons:

La doccia in camera non funzionava perfettamente, necessitava di un po' di manutenzione e di trattamento anticalcare. L'offerta gastronomica nella lounge era un po' limitata e con orari molto ferrei, se ci si presentava qualche minuto prima rispetto all'inizio degli eventi quotidiani non era possibile consumare nulla, nonostante i vassoi fossero già pronti ed esposti. Questi aspetti abbassano un po' il punteggio del rapporto qualità prezzo.

Отель далеко не новый, это надо иметь ввиду при бронировании!
Мебель местами имеет износ.
постельное бельё было с пятнами
И основное разочарование - это депозит 15 000 юаней за пять дней!!! так конечно не должно быть! обращайте на это внимание!

Замечательный отдых в деловом центре Шанхая.
Pros:

Отличное расположение.
Отличный номер. Большой, комфортный, новая мебель и ремонт. Вид замечательный с 39-го этажа.
Завтрак обычный. Но обслуживание хорошее. Сразу спрашивают и приносят на заказ яичницу и кофе.

Не могу придумать)

Amazing hotel and well worth the money!
Pros:

Beautiful property! The room was huge along with the bathroom. I loved that they collect laundry everyday if you need. The gym is a good set up too. The pool has an amazing view of the pearl!

Cons:

I actually liked everything.

Прекраснорасположенный шикарный отель с небольшими нюансами
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение, вид из номеров на башню и бассейна просто вау. Завтрак хороший. Номер большой и красивый (улучшенный с видом на башню). Минибар со снеками, небольшая бутылка вина в подарок- мелочь, но приятно.

Cons:

Персонал не очень заинтересованный. Не рассказали при заселении куда и что, что входит. В номер поднялись- нет косметики никакой кроме мыла, все пришлось просить- бритву, косметический набор- неудобно. Ты моешься и видишь что чего-то нет, приходится ждать пока принесут.
В спа комплексе стоят напитки, но закончились чистые стаканы, персонал не особо расторопный, сказали нет и все -это странно для отеля такого уровня.
Залог за номер 1100 юаней в день.

Excellent location with spacious rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with spacious, spotless rooms and a very comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly - one receptionist even went out of her way to help us book tickets for a show, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

The only downside was that drinking water and coffee weren’t provided daily, so I often had to call reception to request them.
