From when I arrived, I just gave my name, they had all the information needed, no questions asked and the room was clean. The welcome message with my name on it on the screen was awesome. I took a picture for memories
Not what you did not do well, this is for me to keep in mind that if I came back I would need to be aware of the restaurant closing time if I need food close by

Air con did not work, but the kind staff moved us to another room after the first night (23.5 degrees and no openable window). No kettle or fridge or ability to store food stuff. Could have been cleaner - mouldy shower head, musty smell to first room.

Contemporary design, great room (with fantastic aircon in the middle of a heatwave), Dyson hairdryer and curling tongs.
Only gripe was to make a tea or coffee the hot water was via a ‘smart tap’ in the corridor. But - was offered a kettle for the room at check in, so all good.

Room TV was unwatchable. Screen was badly pixelated. Other rooms had the same problem. Was looking forward to world cup matches. Spoiled the evening. The TV signal to the Hotel needs sorting. (don't blame the warm weather)
