시설은 좋지만..
Pros:

객실 컨디션 좋고, 깨끗하고 좋습니다
손님이 올때면 언제나 이곳을 이용합니다
다들 좋아하더군요

Cons:

직원이 친절하지 못합니다
흡연에 대해 까다로와서 객실에 담배꽁초만 나와도 30만원의 벌금을 내라고합니다. 밖에서 피웠으면 밖에다 버리고 오세요. 괜히 꽁초 들고와 휴지통에 버리면 벌금 나옵니다.

It’s one of the biggest apartments/hotel near the train station, would recommend especially for big families.
Pros:

It’s a very close vicinity from the train station but you have to learn to walk shortcut. We used naver map for walking navigation but it led us to a longer/ steeper route. The apartment is super big and I estimated it could fit about 16 open luggages in the living room. FYI, it’s on the same building as marriott apartments which makes it convenient with supermarts around.

Cons:

We felt like the ground is very grainy and that the housekeeping are very not thorough.

Should have stayed in a hotel for the little comforts
Pros:

Just the lounge area properly is very bare

Cons:

This is a very bare penthouse. There’s a laundry room but no washing machines. Cups and plates provided but no cutlery. There’s a sign to not wear shoes but they did not provide slippers. No bedside tables in any of the room the list can go on. For the price they charging this place is not accommodating to stay if your an international traveller

All in all we enjoyed our stay in the hotel due to its spacious living area, good staff service and great location.
Pros:

Good size accommodation. Big living room and bedrooms. Close to shopping (Shinsegae) and train station. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

The ensuite shower in the bathtub position was badly placed causing the water to flow outside the tub and run down the floor.
The control for the floor heating was confusing. We can’t tell which was room 1, 2, or 3.
Also they only give one pillow per person which was rather strange. When we requested for extra pillows they initially said we have to pay extra. But eventually they gave it to us without charge when I told them that this is the first time I heard of this as most hotels give 2 pillows for each person.
