Stunning property
Everything was beautiful. Highly recommend. So welcoming. Felt like a home from home.

Overall it’s a decent place to stay, and relatively quiet despite being behind a pub (I was in a ground floor accessible room, so would occasionally hear the door between the courtyard where there are other rooms and the pub, but nothing too bad).
The plumbing in the bathroom was completely inadequate - the shower ran either too cold or scalding and would not stabilise. It was unpleasant but also unsafe given that I was in an accessible room. The sink tap was also broken. On checkout, I waited a while to try and raise the issue - no one came for a good while. I was able to speak to a kind cleaner but they were obviously not really empowered to deal with this or organise any kind of compensation for the inconvenience.
Surprisingly, the room did not have a hairdryer which is normal of hotels of this category.
