Nice location, with everything near by.

Cons:

Rooms and bathroom doors not well maintained, we were locked multiple times inside. If no more people in the flat couldn't be possible to open. Curtains didn't cover well the windows, so light was inconvenient to sleep. The beds were unconfortable as well. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and living room. And one of the showers was very very small, made it impossible to be used. So in reality they have 1 shower that can be used.

Nous avons été eu un problème au niveau du code pour déverrouiller la porte. De ce fait, nous avons attendu 30min à extérieur pour pouvoir accéder à la propriété.

Our stay was truly remarkable. The apartment was very clean, ideally located very close to the city center, shops, cafes, and public transport. The customer service was excellent, with impeccable availability and very efficient assistance whenever needed. I highly recommend this place.

Рядом есть Lidl, для нас это было важным моментом, ибо мы пресыщены ресторанной едой.
Pros:

Система отопления. Оборудование кухни.
Есть все для готовки еды.
Стиральная машина с функцией сушки.
Приветственный набор, куда входила вода, немного специй, оливковое масло,виноградный уксус, чай, капсулы для кофемашины, капсулы для посудомойки и стиралки и гель и губка для любителей ручной мойки посуды, кухонное полотенце и салфетки для протирания столов, плиты, бумажные полотенца.

Cons:

Надо починить рамный профиль в спальне. Во время шторма, который случился в ночь на 2026.01.26, часть верхней конструкции балконной двери достаточно сильно шумела при порывах ветра. Если уж есть биде, то неплохо было бы подключить горячую воду.

Pros:

Gute Lage im Eixample, unkomplizierter Check-In ohne Personal. Achtung! Tür lässt sich über die App auch aus der Ferne öffnen.

Cons:

Apartment-Haus ohne jeglichen Charme, etwas vermüllter Innenhof.

La casa è fantastica. Comodissima posizione, camere grandi ed accoglienti... 2 bagni, cucina molto atrezzata e il kit di benvenuto era davero piacevole sorpresa.

Ho trovato strane le prese vicino i letti... appena spegni la luce si spengono anche loro... puoi caricare cellulare solo da una parte e anche le lampadine si spengono... o devi tenere la luce accesa...
