A very high quality apartment
Pros:

Location was great, access to the apartment was smooth. Very spacious for 4 people, could fit another 2 with the sofa bed if needed. Kitchen was well equipped, not that we used it, but we did take advantage of the washer dryer which worked fine. Bathroom was excellent, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic and the shampoo and shower gel provided was of good quality as was the towels. The beds were very comfortable and had good quality bed linen. Nice big TV in the living room. The air conditioning was very efficient. I would definitely re-book here again when I come back to Barcelona.

Cons:

Elevator to the 5th floor was a little small.

Peor apartamento en mi vida hasta día de hoy
Pros:

Solamente la ubicación.

Cons:

En quinta planta sin ascensor con maletas. Muy sucio. Parece un edificio de ocupa. Muy pero muy mal. Hasta que me ofrecen una indemnización de 200€. Venimos de vacaciones y volvemos con dolor de espalda y piernas. Son criminales, estafadores y irresponsables. Encima cuando les comento de todo esto querían mandar a alguien que arregle el piso, parece que antes de nosotros nadie pasó aquí. Son gente más falsa que nunca visto. NO LES DESEO NADA BIEN A ELLOS LA VERDAD.

Lovely apartment.
Pros:

Very spacious apartment, well equiped with everything you need including cool air con. The location is good a lot of choice of shops and places to eat, you would have to go on public transport to some of the main attractions in barcelona or about a 40 min walk to the beach.

Blisko wielu ciekawych miesc, które odwiedzaliśmy pieszo.
Pomieszczenia czyste z klimatyzacją

Muy buena ubicación , el apartamento limpio con buenos acabados y en buen estado .

Poca comunicación con el arrendatario !

Pros:

すごく綺麗でした。心地よく、ゆっくり休めました。

Cons:

キッチンのライトが点滅してた。そろそろ変えた方がいいかも。
あと、洗剤を滞在日数分ぐらいは欲しい

una no muy buena experiencia para una sola noche,
Pros:

la ubicacion,

Cons:

el acceso a la puerta muy malo, tuvieron que llamar a mantenimiento, ya que es supuestamente autonoma,
- el bano estaba tapado el sifon del lavamanos
- el bano no tiene buena ventilacion
- en la puerta de la nevera habian cosas mal ajustadas
- las sillas estaban desequilibradas y peligrosas para sentarse
- en el bano no hay con que sostenerse y es peligroso
