Para ser un 4* las instalaciones están obsoletas y tuvimos el problema que estando a 26 grados o más el aire acondicionado no funcionaba porque no era período estival... Y la solución que nos propusieron fue "si puede abra la ventana". La zona de la piscina estaba cerrada y las camas balinesas o mesas y sillas en la zona de terraza no estaban. Las fotografías distan mucho de la realidad. El desayuno muy muy básico para ser un 4 estrellas con el precio que ello conlleva.

Pros:

El desayuno es fantástico, sobre todo los huevos, están buenísimos. También la amabilidad del personal. La limpieza de la habitación y el disponer de amenities. También que tuvimos dos botellas de agua de cortesía.

Cons:

Había que cerrar la puerta con fuerza para que se cerrara bien, lo que ocasionaba ruidos y el doble acristalamiento de las ventana de la habitación, es antiguo, la ventana de fuera se abría hacia dentro de la habitación, lo que resultaba incómodo.

Booking y el hotel decepcionantes.

1. Me cobraron dos noches y me hospede solo una entre booking y el hotel se pasaron la pelota y bastante decepcionado sobre todo con booking aqui me planteare cancelar mi membresia. Ya van dos veces con este que no sabes a quien llamar y como resolver.
2. La habitación con olor a caño.
3. La puerta del baño hace mucho ruido
4. La tv nunca funciono solo la radio
5. Desayuno muy bueno.

I would avoid this place in general.
Pros:

It was close to walking distance to many restaurants and touristic areas.

Cons:

There were rats, roaches, the rooms were hot with no ac and the staff was super rude when I attempted to leave early they couldn’t guarantee a refund because their boss was out until after my stay was already over.

Muy caro para lo que realmente es. NO LO VALE.

El desayuno está correcto y el personal es agradable.

Cons:

Las habitaciones que nos dieron eran bastante pequeñas y sólo tienen bañera. No tienen ninguna habitación en todo el hotel con plato ducha. En una de ellas había bidé y en la otra ni siquiera.
En una de las habitaciones (618) a la madera del suelo le faltaban trozos.

Otra cosa que no me gustó es que llegamos a las 18.00 y tuvimos que esperar un rato a que acabaran de hacer la habitación, cuando se supone que podiamos entrar desde las 15.00

Colazione molto varia e buona, sempre ben assortita. Staff disponibile. Stanza tripla ampia e bagno spazioso.

Cons:

Spesso cattivo odore in camera e corridoio. La posizione dell' hotel è buona ma non ha la metro vicina e spostandosi a piedi per raggiungere le varie attrazioni ci vogliono circa 20 minuti di camminata. Altrimenti bus, ma se in gruppo per brevi tragitti conviene il taxi.
