The location was fine, and at least the coffee was hot.
Well I don't even know where to start, got in at 11, got our room. Went in and there was hair all in the floor in the bathroom on the towels, the bathtub/jacuzzi that i paid extra for when we got there was filthy. The dude said it was the best room at their place and that it would be 40 extra cash. It was definitely not cleaned after it's last use, there was rat poop in the supposed clean sheets and blood stained on the sheets themselves. The only thing clean was the fridge and microwave in the room carpet smelled and definitely hadn't been vacuum. I dont ever complain about staying anywhere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Also got charged for my dogs even though I had my ESA letters with me. I tried to call the front desk noone answered i went to the front to see about getting my room switched no answer after ringing the bell, and Noone came back to the desk. I drove from Louisiana to New York in a matter of 31 hours. We slept on top of the sheets with no covers. After all the ac wasn't even remotely blowing cold. But hey at least there wernt bed bugs.
Nothing
Everything
Literally nothing
Everything. The room wasn’t clean, water damage in bathroom and hallways, windows had what seemed like paint on them, there was food in the freezer before we got there, desk person was rude, smelled like cigarettes.
The staff was wonderful. When we checked in our tub needed cleaned, we asked they delivered.
I wasn't aware of the homeless issue in the area. Alot of hotels house the homeless which is wonderful but it comes with the expense of people asking for money or yelling at all hours of the night.
Nothing we refused to stay felt unsafe
Very dirty and felt unsafe
urine stains in the room, burn holes in comforter, smelled of marijuana and bleach in the room and hallways, staff was rude and less than helpful
Friendly staff and good location for the price.
I liked the location and the desk clerk was as helpful as he could be
Our tv didn't work so they came to replace it with a tv that had lines going through it and then told us it was ok to have the lines. The floor and the chair both had visible debris on them. We had to clean the jacuzzi before using it, like go get bleach at the store kind of cleaning. There were no large towels in the room at all even though it was a jacuzzi room. When we were finally ready to use the jacuzzi we removed our socks and when we stepped on the floor we realized 75% of the rug in the room was wet.
Awful. Coffee OK but rest just meagre to non-existent. Parking was good.
The place was way overpriced and delapidated. Stains on carpet throughout. Paint falling off. Dirty. No apparent cleaning staff. Heater broken in room, though they provided space heater and replaced it next day. No maid service. Small shower.
King size bed OK. Refrigerator OK. TV OK.
Location
Very poor condition. Faucet falling off. Windows were cracked and couldn’t see through
Dirty and filled with drugs!
The only positive was that, when my no smoking room smelled of cigarettes, the manager made a correction on the price.
The room was grungy, the plugs on the lamps were so wor out that they did not function, the shower dripped all night, the "breakfast" was a choice of cereal, toast or knock off eggo waffles.
All of this at a price that was at least twice what a motel like this should be charging, even on a weekend in high season.
