The apartment was located near the Little Tokyo disctrict which we liked a lot. Compared to other parts of LA it felt quite safe and really clean. The apartment met our expectations, it was clean, located really close to metro station, has wonderful terrace at the top. We had a really good time spent there.
There were some issues with the online check in process as i was not able to show credit card used to pay for booking, because it was meanwhile replaced by my bank. We sort it out, but it was stressful, as we needed to wait in front of the apartment with my family and son after 12 hours flight.
The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was also pretty quiet with the windows closed. The air conditioning worked well and there was plenty of hot water.
The description on Booking.com said there was indoor parking for a fee or a free dedicated outdoor parking space but neither were available. Parking outside is with 2 hour metered parking and it was sometimes hard to find parking. It was very inconvenient.

This luxury rental was the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. The space was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. Being right in the heart of LA made everything easily accessible. I’d absolutely stay here again!
Location was great. Staff VERY friendly and prompt. Only minor issue was the beds were not very comfortable.

The apartment was spacious and only 4mins walk to the subway which connected to everywhere in LA. There was a great coffee shop and Kreation juice/salad cafe also within 5mins. Plus Little Tokyo plaza area with great Japanese food and shops nearby.

This is a large, clean, and spacious apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. Having a car is recommended. I highly recommend this place!
The facilities are really clean
There is no parking at all this was a nightmare for us with nowhere to park and we ended getting tickets for parking in undesignated places which costed us a lot of parking tickets. This was such a bad experience and the facilities where not even helpful in this.

This home was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect—central to everything in LA. It felt safe, quiet, and very comfortable. A luxurious stay that exceeded expectations.
The location is close to a Metro station which makes it easier to go anywhere. We came early but they let us check in early. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with if we needed something.
Inside is very beautiful and we feel like a home.
The parking is very difficult for us to park but the pole in this way. Need update with this. And they give me different address which we thought stay at the e building view but they move us to other place. It was ok/ok.
