Pros:

Toute l'équipe est très sympa et toujours attentionnée.
L'hôtel étant tout au bout de la plage il est particulièrement calme avec un accès direct à la plage. Le restaurant est abordable et le choix est très honorable.
La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. La climatisation est silencieuse et la douche est chaude.

Cons:

Les tarifs de transfert ( même avec l'augmentation du carburant) sont incompréhensiblement trop élevés : 1800PHP pour un transfert ferry - hôtel contre 500PHP en tuk tuk

E-Fun worked for us, but will be unlikely to return.
Pros:

Christy, Juvy and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were working so hard, all day every day. They went out of their way to help us with cooking food for our baby.

Cons:

The kitchen situation was suboptimal. Breakfast was the same limited menu every day. There were very limited options for lunch / dinner. The dinner service finished at around 6pm! The dive masters were not engaged, interested or fun to be with. Give your kit, lead you around. Unusual for Pinoy DMs. The Chinese General Manager was smoking around the guests whilst having breakfast - this was disgusting.

A scam-like property. Be careful.

Cons:

The person in charge of this property is dishonest and irresponsible. Because the hot water shower was not working and no alternative room was prepared, I had no choice but to book another accommodation. Out of the two nights I had originally planned to stay, I endured the cold water for the first night and stayed at another place for the second night.

The local staff told me to request a refund through Booking.com, so I followed their instructions. However, the property owner falsely claimed that another room had been available and that I had refused it, and therefore refused to issue any refund. In reality, in earlier communication they even offered a room upgrade several days after my checkout, which clearly shows they had not properly checked or managed the situation.

Despite the fact that I even offered to pay for the first night since I endured the cold shower, this property still treated a good-faith customer in such an dishonest way. I strongly recommend that you look for another resort.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, kamer grootte

Cons:

Ontbijt viel erg tegen, geen fruit, geen echte shake (zoete limonade), patat bij de sandwich. Wc was niet schoon. Veel blaadjes in t zwembad, niet schoon. Kamerdeur moeilijk op slot te krijgen.
Slechte prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Geen idee waar de 5 sterren op gebaseerd zijn.

Leuk hotel maar niet geweldig.
Pros:

Aan het strand, de bedden waren goed. Restaurant was redelijk

Personeel sprak slecht engels. Ontbijt was wat karig.

Super chilled , Excellent stay here 10/10 .
Pros:

Everyone was great , the staff are amazing, the food is excellent , the roof was super comfy and clean , unlimited hot water , everything can be arranged from here so don’t prebook diving until you have spoken to them . All diving in house . And the house reef is amazing to go snorkelling .

Welcoming and comfortable stay
Pros:

The property was clean with good aircon which was right along the beach.

The staff were amazing, very kind and welcoming! They made us feel very settled straight away.

Eysa the manager was exceptional! A gift to the place

Would recommend, some nice tours close by for snorkelling also which can be organised by the resort.

Cons:

Nothing, a little far from busy areas perhaps!
