Very relaxing atmosphere, great staff, and close to many things to see.
Pros:

Great staff, very responsive and helpful, especially Elvin. Very nice and comfortable hotel, very close to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, good restaurant attached, and lots of restaurants close by. We went to a few restaurants, but we enjoyed the hotel restaurant the most.

Cons:

The only thing my husband and I didn’t like was the comforter on the bed wasn’t big enough for both of us to fit comfortably under. When the bed was made it only covered the top, didn’t go over the sides. I had to sleep on the center line of the two mattresses that were put together to get enough covers.

Pros:

The place is clean and very close to a lot of attraction sites. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The area and the place is a little noisy. So if you are a light sleeper I don't recommend it

Lovely accommodation in heart of istanbul sites district.
Pros:

Excellent location. Walking distance from all major sites and public transportation.
Beautiful hotel inside. Lovely ambience. Beautiful sitting areas and exceptionally clean.
Staff really nice and helpful.
Room cleaned daily and towels replaced daily.
Open 24 hours.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite disappointing. Coffee was lovely from the instant coffee machine but very few healthy options. Yoghurt with fruit puree. No real cereal options except chocolate cereal and cornflakes. Hot was mainly scrambled eggs. Few selection of bread and same selection every morning so by morning 3, I only had coffee.
Significant odour from bathroom as if it was coming from drains deep down though bathroom was spotless on the surface.

Garden House Hotel is a welcoming and comfortable place to stay in Istanbul.
Pros:

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, every single one. We received a free upgrade to a room with a view of the Sea of Marmaris. Enjoyed the stairs after a big breakfast.

Cons:

We stayed in a fine hotel in a great location for visiting the sites of Istanbul.

Gute Lage, Schöne Ausstattung, Zu Empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Aussehen und das Garten-Thema waren sehr hübsch. Vorallem der Innengarten. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Austattung und die Regendusche war sehr groß.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Katze natürlich auch.
Das Restaurant, was direkt am Hotel liegt ist auch zu empfehlen.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen Schlitz unten an der Tür, was das "Schalldicht" obsolet macht.
