Exceptionally good little hotel in a stupendous location within the old city. No elevator so beware if you have an issue with stairs.
All 4 of us loved it. The staff is welcoming, friendly and always helpful. The restaurant on site has a beautiful patio garden, indoor tables and a sunny glassed in porch. We ate a number of meals there and enjoyed all.
The hotel is in a series of connected small buildings and you can have a balcony overlooking the patio garden or other directions.
The breakfast buffet is included in the room charge, simple but fresh and satisfying. Coffee is always available in the lobby free of charge.
No blackout curtains in my room which got light from the street.

Room was very nice and bed very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. The location could not be beat. It was walking distance to all that Sultanahmet has to offer.
Though our room was large and very comfortable, it overlooked the garden restaurant which was open until late with live music until 11:00 PM! I am an early sleeper, so I could not fall asleep until all the clinking of silverware and crooning stopped (way past my bedtime)!
One of the staff was kind enough to offer us a different room, as we were there for only one night, but we just didn’t feel like repacking our bags.
Room was right next to outside dining area on ground floor. You look out the window and there are people sitting there looking back at you. It is also right around the corner from the reception area. Very loud. Ended up immediately checking out. This room should be advertised as such so the person can make the decision if lack of privacy and loud noise is a deciding factor in choosing this hotel room. Male guest service manager on duty was very nice and allowed me to be refunded. I do not recommend this hotel if you are located on the ground floor.

Завтраки очень хорошие и сытные, с классным видом на внутренний дворик с зеленью.
Отличный ресторан на территории отеля, хотя цены высокие.
Отель очень хороший, но не советую брать Бюджетный двухместный номер, так как наш номер находился в полуподвале, было холодно, кондиционер на тепло не работал, так же первый день пахло сильно табаком, так что в следующий раз если и брать то номер с балконом и на 2-3 этаже.

The hotel is charming, well furnished and decorated. There's a very nice restaurant next to it. Breakfast is quite alright: it would have been great if this was a 3 star hotel but since this is classified a 4 star hotel and the restaurant's kitchen is literally in the same room it is just "quite alright".
The room was cleaned the first two days, then neglected: same dust and hair remained on the floor the entire time.
Anyway that's no big deal, what really got me furious was the whole taxi mess. I asked the hotel to reserve a taxi for us on our arrival. Apparently they only accept cash payment for this service. Fine. We get to the hotel, the staff is quite busy, we are tired from the journey so we quickly make it to our room. Shortly after that, before going to dinner, I summon a member of the staff and settle my payment for the taxi handing them cash. I get no receipt of payment (yes that's suspicious but I think hey, maybe this is customary in turkey I'm not really familiar with the culture and customs, I'll trust these people). At the end of our stay, before leaving (surprise surprise) a member of the staff accuses me of not having payed the taxi that got me there on the first day. I confirm to them that yes, I did indeed pay after my arrival. After some back and forth the staff say they will check. After a while they get back at me pointing fingers, saying I did not pay and showing me A SECURITY CAMERA RECORDING of the moment of my arrival at the hotel, which as I said before did not coincide with the moment I made the payment since I went to my room straight after the arrival and only they payed cash, approximately 30 minutes after the arrival. The audacity of the staff showing me camera recordings just got me furious. Is it even legal? Whipping out camera recordings regardless of GDPR norms when you provide a service for which you only accept cash payments and do not even provide a handwritten receipt of payment? I have been travelling and staying on hotels for the past 25 years of my life and this was the first time I snapped at hotel staff. They said they would check the recordings again and when I went back to them they said everything was ok and offered a quick apology. No compensation of sort was offered for the serious accusations.

Понравилось отличное месторасположение отеля, красивый вид на внутренний дворик. доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал, очень удобная огромная кровать.
В целом все хорошо, есть только пожелание улучшить уборку, так как не всегда она была идеальной.
Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine hervorragende Lage nahe dem Zentrum und gleichzeitig durch eine angenehme Ruhe, da es im Hinterhof gelegen ist. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind das kostenlose Wasser sowie das ausgezeichnete Frühstück.
Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich und herzlich. Das gesamte Personal zeigte sich sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt Herrn Murat aus Turkmenistan, der mehrere Sprachen spricht und uns mit seinen wertvollen Empfehlungen – insbesondere zum Thema Taxi – sehr weitergeholfen hat.
Die Zimmer sind sauber, gemütlich und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert!
