Pros:

Location is perfect for visiting Florence. It is extremely close to the T2, so getting to/from the Florence airport is a breeze. Easy walk to the train station and attractions around town. The apartment was very comfortable.

Cons:

There is some street noise in the morning as the apartment is right across the street from the Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze which will start generating a crowd after 8:00. If you are an early riser, this is not a problem. I just used ear plugs.

Nice apartment in a great location and with a great host
Pros:

- location close to the Santa Maria del Fiore
- the interior and the view from the windows
- Francesca was super nice :)

Cons:

- we asked for an additional crib and the host forgot about it (she arranged it on the same day in the evening)

Pros:

Francesca and Valeria were wonderful hosts. The place was beautiful and comfortable. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities. It was in walking distance of many places we wanted to see as a tourist.

Cons:

Maybe check out the smell coming from the ground floor and up through the stairwell. Not a deal breaker but something for the owner to be mindful of.

Location. Owner’s representative met at property and we were able to check in early. Also able to accommodate us for extra day because of flight cancellations.
