Great location, comfortable, spacious, clean and updated.
Pros:

The location was ideal, the room was so comfortable and spacious, it was clean, and honestly a place I would stay again anytime!

Pros:

We have really enjoyed our stay. Our host were in touch with us to help with locating the property, they allowed us to check in early and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Lots of space to relax after a busy day. The location is perfect, you can arrive from the airport or train station with the T2 tram which is a short 2min walk to the apartment. The Dumo can be seen down the street so very central. Highly recommend a stay here.

Yet again, a wonderful stay!

Beautiful appartment, great location!
Pros:

We decided to spend a little more on a centrally located appartment and this place is really something. High ceilings, wooden floors, antique furniture. Very spacious and clean. Plus the location is everything: right in front of Michelangelo's David and a few minutes walk from the Duomo.

Cons:

Old plumbing- but that's out of anybody's control. There's a lift to bring you to the third floor where our appartment was located but it moved so slow that we only used it twice, for our luggage. The stairs are a challenge too, though.

Great location and very attentive staff.
Pros:

The property location, literally across from galleria dell'Accademia di Firenze (Michelangelo's David), and half a block away from the tram and bus stops was great. The apartment was very spacious and the staff was very attentive from even before we arrived.

Comoda, bella e con servizi utili
Pros:

La posizione ottima per raggiungere i mezzi ma anche le attrazioni.
L'appartamento accogliente e a misura di noi famiglia con una bimba. Ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di avere il seggiolone per mia figlia.
La stanza molto bella e accogliente così come la cucina e il bagno.

Cons:

Il secondo giorno avevamo chiesto di pulire ma non è stato fatto...o almeno per terra era ancora sporco.
Un'altra cosa che non ci è piaciuta è stato il cattivo odore che sentivamo la mattina una volta che usavamo l'ascensore, arrivati al pian terreno...forse la fognatura?
Per il resto tutto ok

Reservei como hotel e não era. Não tinha recepção e a entrada era horrível. O elevador super pequeno e demorado l. O chuveiro era muito ruim e o aquecedor não funcionou. Reclamei desde o primeiro dia do aquecimento pois estava com um bebê e a moça disse que era lei na Itália permanecer em 21 graus, mas nem no 21 estava. No último dia me
Entregou o controle do ar que tb era aquecedor.
No dia do check out que era as 10. Avisei que chegaria às 10 pra amamentar e sair e quando cheguei minha mala estavam No hall. Péssima experiência

Pros:

Location is perfect for visiting Florence. It is extremely close to the T2, so getting to/from the Florence airport is a breeze. Easy walk to the train station and attractions around town. The apartment was very comfortable.

Cons:

There is some street noise in the morning as the apartment is right across the street from the Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze which will start generating a crowd after 8:00. If you are an early riser, this is not a problem. I just used ear plugs.
