Highly recommend to book, great value for money.
Pros:

The restaurant, the chef and the menu are excellent. I enjoyed all my meals.
I also appreciated that I could check out one of my rooms earlier by phone, simply by calling the reception at 11.00 am, as I was unable to approach them in the morning when I was leaving for graduation.

Cons:

The only thing is that they need one more person to help serve the guests. The waitress was super friendly but stressed since she had to keep people waiting to be seated for too long.

Pros:

Room was cleaned every day

Cons:

Room smelled like BO almost the entire stay and they didn't let me change rooms. The pipes must be clogged somewhere since the toilet kept gurgling and dirty water was coming back out from it. Mandatory valet gets annoying after a while and the first morning getting my car back I got it with a flat tire. I set the temperature and once the temperature got to the desired level, the heater shut off.

We will stay here again the next time we catch a show at Shoreline
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great destination close to Shoreline Amphitheater. We walked back after our show, it’s only about a mile and a half for those that like a walk. Nice amenities and outdoor spaces, clean rooms, great decor and friendly staff

Cons:

Parking on site is valet, I believe it was 30$ for the night. I wasn’t paying attention to the hotel site so it was a bit of a surprise. I wasn’t paying attention able to find parking on the street for free and my car seemed safe overnight.

Near about everything and amazing breakfat

Cons:

They didn't have shower in my room and they were not able to accomodate the request.

Unfortunately but the lady has been very nice

Probabily the hotel was sold out

Ok hotel but not worth the price
Pros:

Clean room, nice bathroom

Cons:

No one was at the front desk for me to check in, she didn't mention to use the key for the elevator, I could hear a lot of noise outside and from other rooms, small pool
