I loved the room and how quiet it was. The staff were lovely and friendly.
Wifi did not work for me.
Almost everything.
Very personalised attention & help from the staff. Each one of them. They really made you welcome & comfortable. Interacted with 4-5 front desk staff. They all genuinely wanted us to stay comfortable. They accommodated changes & requests. Every floor had some little thing to use (free tea, free beads for kids, free painting papers pencils, microwave , free coffee ).
We could park on roadside for free. It was safe.
Felt at home. We had to break the stay to go to LA for 2 nights. Although prepaid , they agreed to refund. But we went back to same hotel for last night stay returning from LA , before flying out.
It was like home coming.
They had a nice fire place to sit around.
There was a tress passing homeless person one day , they acted on it and informed all residents (without hiding). But other than this , didn’t feel unsafe at all even at night walking around. No homeless people.
Few good restaurants not very far but need car.
Nothing really. If there was anything , the entire pleasant experience made us forget.
(Their own restaurant closes early at night )
The hotel is very beautiful, modern and clean. All staff were so helpful and friendly which really made our stay so comfortable. Really recommend staying here
Location, clean and friendly staff.
Location, clean and excellent staff
The restaurant, the chef and the menu are excellent. I enjoyed all my meals.
I also appreciated that I could check out one of my rooms earlier by phone, simply by calling the reception at 11.00 am, as I was unable to approach them in the morning when I was leaving for graduation.
The only thing is that they need one more person to help serve the guests. The waitress was super friendly but stressed since she had to keep people waiting to be seated for too long.
Room was cleaned every day
Room smelled like BO almost the entire stay and they didn't let me change rooms. The pipes must be clogged somewhere since the toilet kept gurgling and dirty water was coming back out from it. Mandatory valet gets annoying after a while and the first morning getting my car back I got it with a flat tire. I set the temperature and once the temperature got to the desired level, the heater shut off.
The rooms and bathrooms were a nice size. Very clean.
