I paid advance of 1128 upon my total bill of 2658 but they said tat the advacen didnt reach them and I had to keep arguing with them and your customer care to no avail.Kindly see to it that my advance money is refunded
Doesn't arise, because the said hotel room is not handed over me to stay (for 3 persons)for that period i.e. 19/06/2024 to 20/06/2024.
When we had appeared there at 16 pm, 19/06/2024 due to train late, the reception desk said that there was no hotel room for us (all rooms was already fully occupied by others). Why? Is it correct behaviour for us?
They had also said to wait at out side of the said Hotel.
When any room would be available, then they would be allotted us. Then we were going out with my family at 18 pm from there for booking another hotel .
