Świetne miejsce!
Pros:

Bardzo przestronny, nowocześnie wyposażony apartament, z wygodnym łóżkiem. Bardzo przyjemne zaskoczenie, jak wygodnie nam tam było :) Całodobowa recepcja, brama otwierana tylko na kartę, więc wysokie poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Parę dobrych kawiarni i restauracji w okolicy. Świetne miejsce!

the location is by school and church so can hear the bell like 04:30 in the morning and after 06:30 you can hear kids sound all the time

Trapped in a box of pulsating sounds.
Pros:

Location; I enjoyed the coffee down the street.

Cons:

Building a water heater into the room’s wall structure so it resonates all night is crazy. VroooommDUM. Haunted by that subtle and at night ceaseless sound. Clicking in and off, making it impossible for me to sleep well at night and sometimes during the day.

Lack of soundproofing also contributed.

Nice service the Laundry but it shrunk my clothes - don’t seem to have temperature settings for the water here (note: I took pictures and translated everything choosing the “delicate” cycle. and there’s no good place to dry the clothes other than use the machine. )

By day 5 they offered me another direction in their hotels - why did it take so long?!? But at that point I wast tied and sick and didn’t want to transfer. But whoever I spoke then was very nice. that was the first time I felt listened to, supported, but too late.

Pros:

Liked the room (size and facilities) and design concept a lot. Down a small, quiet street away from the traffic. Liked the surrounding area and easy access to rest of the city.

Cons:

Was on the first floor though I'm sure I booked a high floor. No hot water available.

Stylish, comfortable and thoughtfully designed.
Pros:

Aussie-Viet here! We stayed for 7 nights in the Deluxe Balcony room. M Village Living Ky Dong offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

* Professional & attentive staff
* Stylish and functional interiors
* Perfectly located, close to local eateries, local and specialty coffee spots, convenience/grocery stores and ATM (TP Bank). All within 500m of the property.
* Stable WiFi (husband was able to work, game and stream on his laptop with no issues)
* Washing Machine and Dryer available for use (free)
* Free chilled filtered water for guests to use

We've already booked in for our return next month. Thanks MVillage, see you again soon! :)

Comfortable apartment not very far from District 1, in a more quiet neighborhood
Pros:

M Village is a block of flats with serviced apartments. Our apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities, very clean and quiet. There is a water purifier in the hallway and you can refill your water bottle for free.

Cons:

It is quite pricey and doesn't include breakfast.

Pros:

1.非常喜歡旅館的位置、一樓可以裝水與免費提供咖啡跟茶、價格對照服務品質真的很優質！
2.非常非常喜歡房間的空間，空間很大！採光很好！
3.洗衣很方便！

Cons:

1.浴室沒有乾濕分離真的很扣分～
2.房卡很容易消磁
3.一樓大廳偏熱，且一樓大廳不能用餐，用餐要到地下一樓有點不方便

Pros:

The apartments were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I've booked apartments based on the photo on booking, but after check-in, I realized that it looks completely different.
After approximately 20 minutes of communications with receptionist, they let me move to another room, which also was completely different.
I had no time and strength to find another hotel, so I lived in the room i actually didn't like much and didn't book.
That was the main disappointment.
Also, it was hard to communicate with stuff. They didn't offer anything except get my money back and go to another hotel, I asked everything except to be offered with ways to solve an issue. I asked if they have better but more expensive options and so on.
Another weird thing is that it was raining, I asked for an umbrella if they have, they said that they don't have anything. Later on, going down by stairs, I've found several umbrellas behind the door, 4 meters away from the place I was standing when I've asked for an umbrella, not a big deal, but weird.

The only view from the balcony is a wall.
