Must-stay place if you visit Malang!
Pros:

The property is very big and wonderfully kept and maintained.
Staff is vey kind and helpful, and they also helped us check in.
The complimentary afternoon tea was absolutely fantastic as well as the breakfast.
The Malati restaurant offers a wide selection of Indonesian dishes and the food was amazing.
There also a small fitness centre, very compact, but with everything you need for a quick workout.

Geweldige ambiance, supervriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Hotel Tugu Malang is haar 5 sterren absoluut waard.
Pros:

Het hotel is de 5 sterren absoluut waard. Geweldige sfeer en ambiance, zeer fijne bediening., heerlijk eten. Veel extra’s die bij de prijs zijn inbegrepen.
Wawan, John, Anita en alle anderen dank jullie wel!

Cons:

Het hotel is aan een drukke rotonde gelegen. Wij zijn twee maal van kamer gewisseld omdat het lawaai van het verkeer ten koste ging van onze slaap.

Schitterend hotel, heel mooi en toch gezellig. Veel kunst verzameld door een bekende kunstverzamelaar. Heel goed ontbijt en voortreffijk eten.

De aankleding van het hotel was indrukwekkend. Het eten in de 2 bijbehorende restaurants was fantastisch.

Cons:

Ontvangst van het personeel en receptie was perfect. Alleen in het bijbehorende restaurant, duurde het bestellen erg lang en een extra drankje bestellen wordt niet gesignaleerd

Beautiful hotel to explore and enjoy
Pros:

Could spend hours admiring the art and not even see everything. The architecture was amazing. 2 fantastic restaurants. Very nice afternoon tea. Room was comfortable and quiet. Clean and refreshing pool.

Cons:

The traffic circle in front of the hotel is slightly hectic. Not really a problem.

Loved the staff and beautiful accomadations
Pros:

The staff was amazing! They were helpful and friendly! We also loved the grounds and breakfast buffet. The fresh flowers everywhere were also a special touch! A special shoutout to John at the front desk! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

Een prachtig hotel met bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het restaurant is top met zeer uitgebreid menu. Ook mooi zwembad.

Cons:

Het enige minpunt is dat er wel een beetje straatlawaai is van voorbijrazende wagens. Mogelijks is dit ook afhankelijk van welke kamer je hebt.
