La grande gentillesse de l’hôte Catherine qui nous a reçu et nous a bien aiguillé pour visiter Carcassonne
Le petit déjeuner servi à table bien copieux
L’endroit très prêt de la cité
Le 1er soir fatigué Catherine nous a préparé une plancha de fromage charcuterie et s’est débrouillé pour nous trouver du pain

Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour accéder à la cité médiévale et non loin du centre ville. L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel très accueillant ! Le petit déjeuner est bien copieux. La literie est confortable.

Cons:

C'est vraiment pour dire quelque chose, manque de rangement dans la chambre des enfants concernant la suite.

Idéal pour visiter la Cité un week-end, amabilité, propreté, rapport qualité prix excellent.
Pros:

De l'extérieur, un hôtel qui fait plutôt petite maison, mais qui est en fait un ensemble d'habitations qui a été très bien converti , agencé et rénové avec goût, une bonne surprise. L'accueil est très agréable, la chambre pour 2 suffisamment spacieuse, l’hôtel est situé à moins de 5 mn de la Cité, et un parking (payant) fermé la nuit pour ne pas vider le coffre est un plus.
Petit déjeuner complet et copieux. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter pour notre prochaine visite a Carcassonne.

The location was great. The staff were so helpful and kind. We loved our stay here. Clean well stocked rooms, easy to access after hours. On-site secure parking.

Il est dommage de devoir se doucher dans une baignoire, ce qui devient un problème pour une personne agée ou à mobilité réduite.
Les chambres donnant sur la route sont mal insonorisées.
La poubelle de la salle de bain était rouillée et en très mauvais état.

Fuimos recibidos muy bien por un hispano hablante sumamente amable ,quien nos indicó al detalle todo el recorrido por el castillo y nos hizo indicaciones puntuales sobre las vistas y restaurantes para cenar etc , muy agradecidos.

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre familiale sur rue (les voitures faisaient résonner la chambre toute la nuit) et mauvaise isolation : très très chaud, impossible de dormir sans Clim en avril!
