Une expérience décevante

Nous avons après une négociation difficile obtenu une chambre digne d'un 3 étoiles

Cons:

Nous avions réservé 3 chambres pour 2 nuits à l’hôtel de l'Octroi (3 étoiles) . Nous trouvons à notre arrivée porte close (Nous étions fatigués et une personne de notre groupe était à mobilité réduite) . On nous annonce à notre arrivée en appelant le numéro de l’hôtel que ce dernier était fermé et que nous étions surclassé dans un autre hôtel . Cet autre hôtel ne correspondait absolument pas à nos attentes et nous avons du batailler ferme pour avoir enfin trois chambres dans un trois étoiles (nous avons néanmoins du payer un supplément)
Le petit déjeuner qui nous a été offert était le strict minimum, les fruits nous été enlevés de la table.
Pour se faire pardonner nous avons eu droit à une bouteille de jus de pommes

The location near the castle

Cons:

Need to be clean , at least swept or vacuumed . Had the impression that was a long time ago that the rooms were not used before . As a suggestion the parking could be include in the price that could rate you better ( as a plus )

Bien para nuestra corta estancia , cómoda ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es cómoda , caminando llegas en un momento a la Cité Medieval , tiene parking de pago o bien se aparca en la misma calle según la temporada , el hotel es pequeño y tranquilo con wifi gratuita . La habitación suite para 3 eran 2 habitaciones no grandes ,comunicadas con 1 solo baño bastante nuevo aunque un poco pequeño. El precio sin desayuno fue correcto. Bien en la limpieza .

Cons:

El olor extraño que hacía en la habitación y en general . Las habitaciones tienen moqueta , las cortinas son opacas pero traspasaba la luz al amanecer, la pintura de cierto mobiliario de la habitación necesitaba un repaso.

Nos cambiaron el día antes a otro hotel que estaba bien pero nosotros queríamos haber estado en el que elegimos pues ya habíamos ido otra vez.No me pareció serio pero no me quedo otro remedio.Aunque a donde nos mandaron la habitación para tres era muy pequeña y casi no había espacio,no como la que reservé primero
