Close to main street.

Cons:

Bathroom smells bad, mattress had holes, TV not working, internet only works if you stay under with the door open Under the frame. If you close the door no internet.

When customer booked the hotel make sure the provide the stay comfy but they didnt

We like the hotel because its in
City proper but then upon arrival
The staff sent him to other address..
we are not happy to their service

Cons:

We booked and paid right away, my son was new in tacloban city, when he arrived at the hotel @9pm ,receptionist sent him to different hotel with out assistant from them.. where is their customer service?
Why did he sent him to different address he is a visitor in the city.
