Un cocon dans la forêt où il est très agréable de se faire choyer par une équipe dévouée.
Pros:

Depuis l’accueil jusqu’au départ la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de l’équipe sont impressionnants.
L’attention est dans les détails et le soin de rencontrer nos attentes. Très bonne cuisine. Piscine très agréable, chambres spacieuses et bien équipées.

Cons:

Je trouve difficilement un point d’amélioration. J’aurais aimé participer à une des activités proposées mais mon timing serré ne le permettait pas.

Fantastic experience in the middle of coffee plantations
Pros:

Fantastic location in the middle of coffee plantations. Very peaceful and lots of animals around (especially monkeys).

Great staff: Very friendly and attentive to our needs. If we requested anything, it was always delivered quickly.

Cons:

The hot water situation can be a little tricky sometimes if other people in the surrounding villas are also using it.

If you are looking for a laid back relaxing holiday I would recommend the Hiveto you.
Pros:

Most helpful staff, nothing was too much, thoroughly professional , special mention to Tessy (she was here there and everywhere and always with a warm smile) and Adityan from housekeeping. Forgot to get the name of one of the drivers who took us to our rooms, helped us with the local knowledge.

Cons:

The room could have had a Telly , as it would have been something to do as the location of the Hotel was quite remote, so getting out and about was an issue

Worth if you get the Wild cottage rooms within 4.5-5.5k. Not worth for 6.8k
Pros:

Good location , excellent staff . Prompt response of the staff and very cordial. Dinner buffet was good . Rooms are clean and great views.

Cons:

1.Issue with hot water in the bathroom .
2.No Al a carte (room service is limited) . Only available food from buffet is served to the room .
3.Slow internet (understandable as remote location) Good mobile network though.
