Pros:

Easy check in process with keyless entry to building and to room (codes only). Beds and pillows were comfortable although a little squeeky but still had a great sleep! Clean and spacious room for 2 adults and 2 kids as the beds could be stacked if needed. Heater in room. Great and fast communication from host.

Cons:

Location a little far from Kyoto station about 25 min walk. About 15-20 min walk from Nishiki markets and Gion area but this made it in a nice quiet area away from crowds and noise. Towels also were a bit small and thin but did the job. No disposable slippers or toothbrushes provided but we brought our own as we checked with host before coming. No heating food facilities in room but there is a microwave in common area downstairs.

2人以上の家族で行く場合はまた使いたいところ。立地も繁華街で出るにはいい。

家族で一部屋で泊まれるところがなかなかない中このホテルは値段も手頃で清潔感もあり良かった。

大変気持ちよく過ごさせてもらいました^_^
Pros:

室内、浴室、トイレ全てキレイに手入れされており、とても清潔感があるお部屋でした。
チェックイン時にエアコンが付いていて嬉しかったです^_^
今回使用しなかったが室内洗濯機があり、長期滞在には良いなと思った。

Cons:

部屋の鍵のネジが外れており、オートロックをかけるのに手こずった。修理が必要です。

前もって宿泊者情報を送信しているのに、当日再度提出メールがきて事前メールがちゃんと送れていなかったのか不安になった。
また17時からチェックイン可能なのに、オートロックと部屋番号が当日16:30以降というのもドキドキしながらメールを待っていました。

おそらく洗濯洗剤だろうなというものが備えてあったが、何も書いてなかったので、テプラで記載するか詰め替えではないものを置いた方が良いのではないかと思います。

Wir hatten einen großen Balkon, eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Minikühlschrank plus Wasserkocher. Mikrowelle sowie Münztrockner gab es im Eingangsbereich für alle Bewohner. Toilette und Badezimmer waren getrennt voneinander.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war super laut und wenn sie aus war, war es super kalt, wie auch zu unserer Ankunft. Es war überall (auch auf dem Balkon) staubig und dreckig. Im Zimmer waren keine Schuhe erlaubt und es waren keine Hausschuhe vorhanden. Der Staubsaugerroboter war zwar vorhanden, aber der Filter komplett voll weswegen wir ihn nicht nutzen konnten. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank oder ähnliches und auch keine Möglichkeit überhaupt irgendwas aufzuhängen (auch keine Handtuchhaken). Die Matratzen waren zum Teil fleckig und/oder gerissen. Der Lattenrost zum Teil lose. Der Waschbeckenschrank im Badezimmer war zu 2/3 zugeklebt und nicht nutzbar.
