Pros:

Alles super, wir wurden sehr herzlich um 1.30 nachts empfangen und haben sogar noch ein Willkommen Wein bekommen.
Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und wir haben unseren Urlaub in Georgien fantastisch begonnen.
Danke an den Gastgeber, wir kommen definitiv wieder.
Preis-Leistung ist nicht zu beanstanden, hatten auch einen super Ausblick von unserem Balkon.

Nice view, decent hotel

The view is nice, near the market and not far from center

Cons:

No elevator,
my room did not have AC remote control, I had to borrow it from neighbors.

Unbeatable value
Pros:

For the price paid, I simply can't fault this place. A bit old fashioned and down a slightly dusty street but otherwise super central and great for my 1-night pit stop. Great view of the monastery and river from the balcony too. AC worked well in thr summer heat.
