Okay for one night but not great
Pros:

Location is good. Close to the river. Friendly staff.

Cons:

We stayed here in 2018 and not much seems to have changed since then. Very basic room and ditto bathroom.

Na pewno wrócę do tego hotelu

Замечательный отель, замечательное место, замечательный хозяин! Мы здесь уже останавливаемся во второй раз, если будем ещё в Кутаиси, то снова остановимся. Вид из окна просто восхитительный, локация невероятно удобная.

Nette Hotel mit hervorragende Liege
Pros:

Hotel liegt hervorragend, in Stadtmitte, schöne Sicht auf Flüß und Berge. Neben schöne Park und Kolchidische Fontane. Zu Fuß bis zur Bushaltestelle. Gastegeber war sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Zimmer war sauber. Wir haben auch Früstück genommen; die zeit war für und individuel angepasst. Uns hat alles gut gefallen.

El señor de recepción. Las vistas y ubicación

Cons:

El señor de recepción era muy amable. Pero el hotel estaba viejisimo. Las camas horribles. Todo descuidado aunque el baño estaba limpio. Lo mejor las vistas al rio , a la montaña y catedral y ubicación junto al Geen Market. Era barato pero aun asi deberia costar menos dado el deterioro

Pros:

Alles super, wir wurden sehr herzlich um 1.30 nachts empfangen und haben sogar noch ein Willkommen Wein bekommen.
Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und wir haben unseren Urlaub in Georgien fantastisch begonnen.
Danke an den Gastgeber, wir kommen definitiv wieder.
Preis-Leistung ist nicht zu beanstanden, hatten auch einen super Ausblick von unserem Balkon.

Nice view, decent hotel
Pros:

The view is nice, near the market and not far from center

Cons:

No elevator,
my room did not have AC remote control, I had to borrow it from neighbors.
