Checked in, slept, got up and left!! Paid way to much for a smelly room!

Not free... didn't go

Cons:

The room smelled of dogs... stains on the floor.. my dogs were good, but the room was horrible!! I told the clerk, but she just said to contact someone.

Good if you didn’t have such a rude employee at the front desk.

There was a staff person at the front desk wearing a mask who was absolutely the rudest person I have ever met. We told her about a problem in the room and she acted as if she couldn’t have cared less. Her attitude was appalling. She is a terrible reflection on this hotel.

we walked in the park area surrounding the hotel and were thrilled to see fireflies!

A minha estadia foi decepcionante.
Pros:

O pequeno almoço é bom, não o que se espera de um hotel de 4 estrelas

Cons:

Da falta de limpeza nos quartos, recolhiam o lixo dos caixotes, mas não trocavam as toalhas, nem faziam a cama.
