Cons:

Me dieron una habitación cuyo televisor no funcionaba y estuve más de 3 horas tratando de que me solucionen el problema y me cambien de habitación ya que el control remoto estaba roto y el chico de recepción llamó al encargado varias veces para ver si podía cambiarme y este último nunca lo atendió . Ya me había alojado en otra oportunidad allí pero esta vez fue mala la experiencia.

Solicité específicamente que no me dieran una habitación que tenía un ruido molesto y cuando voy a ingresar me dieron esa misma habitación. Tenía pérdidas de agua y ruido molesto. La que me atendió en el mostrador tenía muy mala predisposición y no solo que no me solucionó el problema sino que me destrato. Estuve varias horas llamando al gerente sin tener respuesta y estuve 6 horas en la calle hasta que a las 8 pm me dieron una habitación.

Me trataron pésimo y no me dieron ninguna solución a el problema de la habitación.
