Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. I would definitely stay here again as it's a great place to be.
Pros:

A fantastic community feel. It was a joy staying here as there were so many interesting people to meet and chat to. There is a community atmosphere that is delightful.

Cons:

The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. I'd stay here again even though I prefer more room. The atmosphere is so good.

Room was adequate and comfortable as a single traveler, location was fabulous, breakfast was fresh and delicious. Happy hour was a very nice touch and also delicious. The other guests were friendly and comfortable to be around. Very nice vibe in this small hotel.

Cons:

There was construction going on at the building next door all night long. The noise kept me up all night. I tried to close the windows and turn on the air conditioner to create some background noise (and to cool off the room, which was quite warm), but the only temperature control available was heat. It appears that the A/C had been shut off for the winter.

Pros:

The staff was great and the location was excellent. I want to specifically mention Koko, who provided wonderful service - always with a smile. Also, the pianist, Juanita, is very talented and has an amazing story to tell. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, and the happy hour was a really nice touch. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only thing that could use an upgrade is the hair dryer, as the one in our room was quite old and weak.

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult locația, chiar pe plaja, aproape de stație de bus, personalul foarte amabil, o surpriză fantastică să primim camera la 10:30 dimineața, în fiecare zi happy hour cu băutura și snacks gratuite. Sus pe rooftop super relaxant și frumos.
