Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Please note that the hotel has limited on-site parking spaces and therefore parking cannot be guaranteed. The service is given on a first-come-first-served basis. Off-site parking is also available. Guests under the age of 22 are only allowed when sharing a room with a parent in August. Please note that check-out times remain the same on Saturdays and Jewish holidays. If you require a room with disabled access, please notify the hotel in advance as these rooms have limited availability. The hotel's elevator cannot accommodate wheelchairs. The rooftop terrace is not wheelchair accessible. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Nous étions dans une chambre de 3, mais le 3e « lit » est juste une banquette petite et étroite pour un adulte (plutôt adaptée pour un enfant)
Les meubles étaient trop volumineux et empêchaient de circuler à 3 dans la chambre et posé 3 valises sur le sol. J’ai retiré deux meubles et on a gagné de la place !

I can’t say enough good about this gem of a hotel! I so enjoyed my stay and would book again in a heartbeat. First, let’s begin with the location - I literally cannot think of a better, more central location than this hotel. It is immediately across the street from the best part of the tel Aviv beach, it is smack in the middle of all the most gorgeous luxury hotels, and it is steps away from many great restaurants. The best location ever!
Now the room - I loved mine. It was comfortable, beautifully appointed, and had many small conveniences I appreciated - from a bar fridge and safe, to nice amenities in the bathroom. I have to say that I found everything extremely clean and the housekeeping was done daily and to a very high standard. Next, let’s talk about the food - wonderful! The breakfast had great variety for a smaller hotel. So many salads and cheeses, breads, fruits, cereals, yogurts, pastries, smoked and pickled fish, hard boiled eggs, Shakshuka, roasted vegetables and roasted potatoes. And, of course, there’s a great coffee machine to make yourself lattes and coffees. I was also so grateful for their daily happy hour, where they served soup, wine, breads, pastries and other snacks. So many hotel guests participate, and many go empty their treats on the gorgeous rooftop terrace that overlooks the ocean. The staff and manager were wonderful and hospitable. I’m not sure what else the here to say, but go! You’ll be so pleased with your stay!

A nice small hotel by Tel Aviv standards. Excellent location and the breakfast is outstanding.
If you are claustrophobic then the elevators might be a problem.
The staff and the location cannot be beaten. Fabulous! They also support volunteers coming to provide support to the communities here.
