Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and went out of her way to accommodate me above and beyond

Au Maxim Design hotel, j'y reviens
Pros:

L'emplacement est génial, l'ambiance amicale créee par le "happy hour", favorisant les discussions, l'amabilité du personnel, un petit déjeuner super frais et délicieux,,,,et en prime le rooftop paysagé, face à la mer,,,grandiose.

Прекрасное месторасположене, чистый и комфортный номер с видом на море, удобная кровать, вкусный завтрак. Чай, кофе, печеньки и фрукты в лоби 24 часа. Приятно удивили вином и супом по-вечерам. Доброжелательный и любезный персонал, девушки на ресепшен очень милые. Стоянка от гостиницы была заполнена, поэтому нас нарпраили на ближайшую общественную платную стоянку, там мы тоже с трудом нашли место. А так понравилось всё, обязательно ещё вернёмся.

Pros:

The staff were very efficient and friendly. The hotel is very well run. There is free coffee and biscuits in the lobby all day and a happy hour between 6 and 7 pm when you get free wine, soup and snacks.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Pros:

Персонал отличный, придержали нам место стоянки ( бесплатное ) что для Тель Авива большая редкость. Завтрак вкусный, всё свежее .На ресепшн можно взять полотенца для моря и сумочку ( очень удобно) . Местоположение отеля очень удобное , отличный пляж прямо через дорогу.
Получили номер с отличным видом на море !
На крыше отличный балкон с навесом , столиками и лежаками.

Cons:

В номере относительно чисто , но если заглянуть под кровать или в углы то там давно не убирали . Окна можно и помыть , всё таки вид хороший.
На крыше не всегда чисто . Нет кофемашины , чай , коже в пакетиках и те не особо пополняют , приходилось брать внизу в лобби и нести наверх .

Small hotel which is amazingly good value for money by Tel Aviv standards..
Excellent breakfasts and the roof top area is great for watching the sunsets .
Spotless clean.

Cons:

Would have been nice if there had been a small bar on the roof.
Can be noisy at weekends..

it was a very good location
Pros:

Location was great and the room was clean.

Cons:

the beds were so small and short, the room was small, the window was small, the breakfast was average.
I had a really big problem with the reservation on booking, they reserved me a double room for one person in stead that doble room with 2 persons as i selected. i had to pay for the second person at the hotel. the price overall was so big for what this hotel had to offer. Pay attention of the reservation with booking!

המלון ממוקם נפלא מע ל חוף הים .מלון נקי, חדרים לא גדולים אך מפנקים. צוות מסביר פנים הנענה לכל בקשה. בלובי כל היום שתייה חמה ומים קרים. בערב
מרק ויין חופשי. ארוחת הב.וקר עשירה ומגוונת.
אין ספק שנמליץ ונחזור אלי ו גג מפנק עם מיטות,פינות ישיבה ושתייה
