Pros:

It has all the amenities we needed for longer term stay as a family, such as washing machine, kitchenette with microwave and eating utensils. Location was also excellent. The area is lovely and quiet, but walking distance to centre of Apgujeong and Garuso-gil shopping area. Great cafes, cool bars, and bakeries nearby.

Would definitely recommend and stay with them again the next time
Pros:

Staff communication was very detailed and thoughtful over WhatsApp, onsite staff were extremely friendly and kind. The amenities with a large fridge, utensils and glassware in the room made it very convenient. Having a water flask in the room and being able to fill it with water at the pantry is also great. Overall a fantastic stay.

We stayed for 10 nights. The apartment is clean. There was no lift but the staffs were helpful to assist us with our luggages. My family enjoyed our stay

It was excellent.
Pros:

The place is cozy, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, there is a shopping area nearby, many restaurants and it is clean. Be mindful, it’s uphill but that didn’t bother us, we liked the area and the place.

Cons:

If you have too much luggage’s, the room could be quite small. Regardless, it was so cozy.
