Un gran lugar, y que nos pudo alojar el mismo día que llegamos, ya que con la gente de Pantropiko no pudimos. Este lugar reunió todo lo que esperábamos encontrar e incluso nos facilito mas cosas como la gestión de los tours, desayuno y taxi

The location of the hotel is excellent in El Nido town, close to many nice restaurants and bars, and easy to go everywhere from there, while the hotel is safe from the noise.

Cons:

The bathroom is not clean, the shower tray has an incorrect slope for drainage; water remains. The breakfast is almost a joke, avoid it. There are water refill stations at every floor, but water containers are missing, except on the ground floor.

Понравилось, что близко от всех активностей, ресторанов и кафе. Рядом хорошее турбюро с хорошими ценами и экскурсии небольшими группами.

Cons:

Можно улучшить завтраки или вовсе их отменить. Так же нужно отменить соглашение об компенсации ущерба в номере или писать о нем заранее в момент бронирования. При заселении в обязательном порядке просят подписать обязательство о оплате любого ущерба в номере в сумме 800 песо. В нашем случае, мы разбили один стакан в номере. При выезде я сообщил об этом и нас попросили оплатить 800 песо. Обычно в отелях бой посуды это естетвенный износ.
Ну и портит впечатление местоположение. Отель находится в узкой тупиковой улочке, куда не все водители хотят заезжать. А пешком идти в темное время не очень приятно.

Struttura semplice in buona posizione, vicina al centro (da raggiungere a piedi) e lontana dal caos.
Buona la pulizia della camera. Le ragazzE della reception sono gentili. Dimensione della camera buona.
C’è tanto che si può migliorare, come per esempio mettere un vetro alla doccia, anziché quella tenda che fa allagare il bagno, aumentare il numero di prese di corrente, ecc

Cons:

Arriviamo all’hotel alle 06.30 del mattino dopo un viaggio lungo e straziante. Eravamo sfiniti. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto non è stato affatto accogliente. Anziché chiederci se avessimo avuto bisogno di un bicchiere d’acqua, un caffè, la toilette, ha esordito in malo modo dicendo che avremmo potuto fare il check-in anticipato al costo di 200 pesos, che sebbene fosse una miseria per noi, abbiamo rifiutato di proposito per quanto siamo rimasti male dell’accoglienza. Siamo rimasti così male che abbiamo pensato seriamente di cambiare hotel, pur perdendo i soldi di quel pernottamento. Poi ci siamo calmati e abbiamo cambiato idea.
La colazione è davvero misera e con poca scelta.

Muy cómodo para estar varios días en el nido.
Pros:

Tuvimos un problema en la habitación nada más llegar, se lo comunicamos al personal, y al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación y todo de maravilla.

Cons:

Deberían de poner cortinas en la ducha, y un separador del agua en el suelo, algunas habitaciones lo tienen pero otras no.

This is a very well located property just 5-10 minutes walk to el nido beach and all the restaurants as well. The rooms are nice and clean and staff is very helpful and friendly.

We liked the location everything is closeby within walking distance. We liked how accomodating all the staff were. Shout out to Ma'am Rose who helped us book transport, tours and travel recommendations 😊

Wifi in camera al 4 piano non funzionava. Il rumore del climatizzatore davvero eccessivo.
